The squadron were celebrating, and well they should. They'd outperformed the other squadrons of the Challenge by a wide margin, and yet, Stryker knew that things could have easily gone differently. The spirit of the old Infiltrator Wing was alive in his Squadron, but they could not afford to rest on their laurels just yet - they had beaten the other Challenge pilots in four out of five of the challenges they had been assigned, yes, but their next big challenge would be fleetwide - for the honour of the Squadron and of their Wing.

Stryker just hoped that, when the time came, the pilots would answer the call once again!

Firebird Victorious!
We did it! Our first major competition as a Squadron, and we did it by a considerable margin! This looks great on us, especially since we're the Challenge's new guys and we dare to fly Alphabet Fighters - hopefully there'll be less ribbing from the others from now on!

Crucial to our success was our very own TI-40026, who I am naming Echelon Guardian for December. Originally, this was going to start on January 1, but winning four out of five games in HA Dempsey's competition and ending up with a phenominal score of 215pts, he has more than earned it!

Finally, MSE points have been tallied and submitted for approval! Keep an eye on your inboxes for new shinies to be awarded soon! There might even be a promotion or two hidden away for some of you guys!

A Day in the Life: A chance for you writers to commit your lives to print for submission to the Warden!

Honor the past... November/December: Complete XWA-IW 2 and 4, highest score for each gets an IS-BW.

Firebird Squadron Training: Every two weeks, Firebird will assemble for Multiplayer Training! Star Wars Squadrons, EA Battlefront 2, and others; let's try to get full flights working together! Pilots will be awarded an IS-BW for every 3 events attended, IS-SW for attending the most events in six months, and an IS-GW for attending the most events in a year.

Well done to everyone who participated in HA Dempsey's competition, both within Firebird and from Tempest, Inferno and Thunder Squadrons. Our next big event will see us cooperating rather than competing, and I think we've got a strong team here!
