The roster is up another 10 pilots though that's counting three weeks worth of incoming and outgoing pilots since my last report, I'll get back on schedule after this one. It's a slower rate of increase than we saw a few weeks ago, but it's still the right direction and we're on the verge of needing to create our thirteenth squadron.

Said thirteenth squadron will be our second infiltration squadron, to be commanded by MAJ Talon Jade currently of Firebird Squadron. The new squadron's name hasn't been declared yet, though Talon has one in mind. If you'd like to join up with the new squadron and fly Rebel fighters (in a roleplaying sense, of course), please let me know.

The Commodore position aboard the ISDII Hammer has passed from HA Elwood the Brave to newly-promoted RA Phoenix Berkana. Thank you for your service, Woody, and good luck to Phoenix on his new role!

It's time to pick another WARD and this time we're going have two WARDs to have some built-in redundancy and two pairs of eyes on our fiction and graphic endeavors. If you're interested in a WARD secondary position and haven't already applied, please let me know.

New section, figured I'd take a moment to talk about the competitions I'm currently running and what's coming up.

TIE Corps in Battle's October round ends on November 12th, having started a bit late on October 12th. Assignments are TIE-TC 113, XvT-TC 89, and XWA-TC 58. The November round is in progress, assignments are TIE-TC 114, XvT-TC 92, and XWA-TC 46.

Everyone's a Critic results for October were announced a few hours ago, top three for the month were LC Phalk Sturm, LCM Marek Ny`Irfa, and COL Zekk Terrik.

All I Want For Life Day (Is My Platinum COMPOST Membership Card) ends on the 16th and I encourage everyone that was thinking of participating not to put it off too long, TIE-TC 244 is not a quick battle.

The Trivia Grand Tour will return soon. I know I've been saying that for a while, I just have a few ideas swimming around and I haven't committed to one yet.

• GN Jarek La'an is no longer a member of Theta Squadron, he's focusing on his COMM role as FA Jarek La'an
• GN Phoenix Berkana was selected as the new Commodore of the ISDII Hammer and is now RA Phoenix Berkana
• COL Jeron Darkonis Astoris of Beta Squadron is now a Flight Leader
• COL Silwar Naiilo added the IOA secondary role to his profile
• COL Zekk Terrik resigned from his COOA secondary role
• LC Kadon Beir of Inferno Squadron is now a Flight Leader
• MAJ Gustan of Alpha Squadron is now a Flight Leader
• LT Lanimret of Epsilon Squadron transferred to the Reserves
• LT Tac Balon returned from the void and was assigned to Theta Squadron

DONE:

• Flew with Rho Squadron and my wingman in Rho’s Friday night event
• Also flew a few PvE rounds of SWS for some LoSs. Starting to like playing the support role.
• Deleted a few errant medals for HA Dempsey
• Removed a lot of fluff from the database's recruitment page
• Worked with the TCCS on appointing a new HamCOM (I may or may not have bullied them a little in the process)
• Turned in answers for the latest Cryp-TAC, the competition I used to not know how to approach at all
• Made a change to the initial join response from the database to include the link to the Discord server and ask cadets to DM me, a couple of cadets have subsequently completed their training over Discord instead of email
• Made a change to the join form notification so that the TCCOM and SOO get now include the cadet's name in order to avoid having email clients group the notifications together
• Removed the display of the cadet's IP address from the join form notification they receive, which was honestly a little creepy

ONGOING:

• Greeting new cadets and performing onboarding tasks before assigning them to squadrons
• Processing transfers and other profile updates in the database
• Running TIE Corps in Battle and Everyone's a Critic
• Posting news to the feed in the database (sometimes)
• TIE Corps Pilot Manual updates - Living document style, no big revisions that take a while to come out
• Fleshing out the New Members Guide in the Wiki
• Chatting with the IO about stuff we need or would like to see in the new database
• Learning to be a responsible database code collaborator from the IO, AD Turtle Jerrar (thanks!)
• Updating the list of gamertags in #online-ids in Discord

IN PROGRESS:

• Removing the Max Rank bonus column from MSE spreadsheets
• Re-evaluate support for Galactic Starfighter in SWTOR, Imperial Alliance, and Freeworlds - Started some polls with the leaders about these
• Parse RtF feedback and share with the leaders
• WARD opening - let me know if you’re interested in either of the two WARD positions
