KAPPA HYPE! Some may call us a cult, others might call us drunks, and yet others might call us…pilots. Welcome back to the TC, Kappa Squadron. Hope the short vacation we all took was worth it (by the way – will somebody poke Eddy, need to make sure he’s still breathing – he hit the KAPPA HYPE pretty hard during Kappa’s unofficial LOA). To those returning Kappa vets - welcome back, and to SL Zild Freeman and SL Aardvark - welcome to the TC and to Kappa!

I’m sincerely glad to see Kappa return. Kappa was where I got my start in the TC back in 2014 (I’m a rookie compared to some of you old timers!) and I’ve got great memories of the camaraderie that was built here and look forward to experiencing that again. It was (and is) a great place for new pilots to land and feel welcome.

Keep your eyes open for Kappa specific comps in the coming days. I’ve got a couple in the works and will let you know directly in the comm channels when they are submitted/approved. The initial focus is on getting Kappa some awards for the flight time we’re putting in, but this will evolve as we see where our strengths lie.
