Since last time, the biggest news was the opening of our 10th squadron, Lambda. Under the command of CM Genie, they're now one of the four squadrons aboard the ISDII Hammer. It's been a very long time since we've had ten squadrons, and we're actually heading for number eleven soon at this rate...

The roster is up another six pilots thanks to some returning veterans and a slew of new cadets brought in by COL Zekk Terrik, well done on that. We lost a few to the Reserves recently, too, which softened the net gain but still left us in a position where all ten squadrons have between 10 and 12 pilots each. We have some breathing room on the roster to take on a few more pilots before we'll need another squadron, but we've also got Star Wars Squadrons right around the corner.

In Raise the Flag, the Warrior has posted 11218 points with the Challenge at 4858 and the Hammer at 3415 points. Among the squadrons, the top three's a lot closer with Theta at 4650, Tempest at 4345, and Rho at 4276. There's still ten more days in the event and a fair number of bonus points still outstanding, so we could definitely see some positions change hands before the end. Good luck, everyone!

Our uniform generation application, Tempest Tailoring Tool, has been updated once more to add Lambda's patch and resolve an issue with certain PINs not wanting to pull information from the database. • Career awards for FCHG, combat ratings, and co-op PvE ratings are now listed in the Pilot Manual
• Added a section for TIE Corps Core in the New Members Guide in the Wiki courtesy of GN Berkana
• Corrected the code on processpromo.php to allow recommendation text to be modified again

ONGOING:

• Greeting new cadets and performing onboarding tasks before assigning them to squadrons
• Processing transfers and other profile updates in the database
• Running TIE Corps in Battle and Everyone's a Critic
• Posting news to the feed in the database
• TIE Corps Pilot Manual updates - Living document style, no big revisions that take a while to come out
• Fleshing out the New Members Guide in the Wiki
• Chatting with the IO about stuff we need or would like to see in the new database
• Learning to be a responsible database code collaborator from the IO, AD Turtle Jerrar (thanks!)

IN PROGRESS:

• Saving RtF writing and graphics submissions to Google Drive so that the TCCS can judge them from a central location
• Reading and judging RtF Fiction Bonus Comp submissions
• Judging RtF non-bonus writing and graphics submissions

PENDING:

• Adding the TIE/rb heavy starfighter for the craft list
• Fix the course listings on the database's iwats.php
• Re-evaluate support for Galactic Starfighter in SWTOR, Imperial Alliance, and Freeworlds
• The Commodore Volume 7
• Figuring out another solution for completing the evaluation feedback loop
• Competition resource - what we've done before to serve as a pool of ideas for what we can do next
• Taking TM/3
