REPORTING COMMANDER: Commander Genie. Squadron Commander

This very first report, will have a lot of info to cram in. Lambda Squadron has been recommissioned for the third time in its history. This time, we are here to stay! Within the first few days of its recommissioning, the squad is already full. Thanks to the efforts and mobilization of a number of EH members including FA Plif, Col Zekk as well as all the people (Silwar, EvilGrin, Wildfire, Doyon to mention but a few) who manage to make discord newcomers feel welcomed.

We are already hitting our stride in the RTF competition, despite starting off mid-way through the competition. That's one hell of a mission statement. I am already proud of our squad.

The ping pong table is now safely installed in the bunker. Feel free to play during non-duty hours. Non-Lambdas can join in as long as you bring the beer.

Commander Genie managed to win the first Jiggsaw Competition for Lambda, while LT Freeman Phrick and SL Bai'et Decol put on a strong show in the MP Competition, with Bai'et even nicking the Star Conflict PvP segment!

I do want to say a big thank you to Plif, Yoda, Doyon (and perhaps more) who are working behind the scenes to bring us competitions such as the RtF.

Furthermore, on the thank you list, Col Hav for our brand new shiny Lambda Squadron Patch (see left) and LT Shub for our beautiful banner (see top).

Congratulations to LTs Udiim, Phrick, Vohnan and Graf on their Promotions to Lieutenants!!!

Lambda Squadron Competitions:
Top of the pile of... Sheep: Which Lambda pilot will be at the top when RTF ends? Kick ass and earn medals while doing it.
Know your sheep from your wolves - Trivia: Scheduled to start on the 4th October. Trivia Competition for all the scholarly Lambdas.

Hammer Competitions:
Hammer pilot of the month - 2020: For every flown SP mission from the TC mission compendium and for every LoC/LoS earned each pilot receives 1 point for the Hammer pilot of the month competition.

TIE Corps Competitions:
Raise the Flag 2020: Biggest EH Competition of the year and running for the entire September. Any and all activity counts. Make your Squad and Ship proud.
Raise the Flag Bonus Competition #4: Graphics: Building from the Fiction Bonus Comp, the focus for the Graphics Bonus Comp will be images related to the hijacking of the M/PLT Daedalus and the rescue of its crew.
Raise the Flag Bonus Competition #5: Puzzle 2: Our mission is to complete the jigsaw puzzle in the quickest time possible. (I hate you Plif) Participation earns you 5 RTF points.
Raise the Flag Bonus Competition #6: SP: The four pilots who achieve the highest four competition point totals will earn themselves and their ships 200, 150, 100 and 50 points respectively. Every participant will earn their squadrons and ships 5 points per platform.
Cryp-TAC: Every time there's a new TAC report (sent by PickledYoda), it will contain at least one (but maybe several) cryptic clues related to the EHTC or Star Wars.
The TIE Pilot Podcast: Hosted by Zekk and Jack. Email your suggestions to Zekk on topics to cover during the Podcast.
The Empire's Wrath: Organized by LCM EvilGrin, 1v1 Tournament held on the XvT and XvT BOP platform. This competition is already underway, but you can watch it all unfold at: https://challonge.com/ylygen58
TC PvP Shootout: Organized by AD Miles, COL Horus and LCM EvilGrin. On every Saturday starting at 6:00 PM Eastern/11:00 PM GMT, a PvP shootout will take place. The COO and COOA are the main points of contact. Voice communication is preferable but not required. Game hosting will be directed through GameRanger

Too many competitions to list all of them. Be sure to check out all the running competitions. As Lambdas, to know the competitions you are eligible for, under 'Units Involved' it must be listed as 'Entire TC', 'ISD-II Hammer', 'Wing I' or 'Lambda Squadron'.
