 SOO REPORT #06
FROM: SOO/VA John T. Clark
TO: whole TC
DATE SUBMITTED: August 31st 2020
 NEWS
'Yes sir, I've got that noted down.' Clark reviewed a couple of notes on his datapad, 'All three ISDs are ready to go, and I have commandeered a number of fighters so we can operate as Avenger Squadron for the course of Raise the Flag.' Admiral Plif nodded approvingly, 'Excellent, that ticks the last box on my schedule.' He checked the deck-chronometer, 'The transport taking us to Miles and the Agressor should be here in a less than an hour. I'd say we wait in the O-Club.' In approval John stood and motioned the smiling TCCOM towards the door. This would most likely be the last few hours of entertainment before the TIE Corp's biggest annual operation.

Hello everyone! Less than 24 hours are standing between us and RtF 2020. I think the TCCS, especially Fleet Admiral Plif, have made a number of changes to the competition guidelines and scores for the better. I am looking forward to seeing many active pilots and a good and friendly fight between Squadrons and Ships.
And with all well and good competitive spirit, remember the second part of that. Everybody is here for fun, after all.
That being said, today also marks the end of the month and thus (at the very latest) the start of the MSE process. All Squadron Commanders please prepare your evaluations, and let your COMs know when you are finished. Only that way can we all add our comments and do the reviews in a timely manner.

As I haven't received negative reactions to the last Report's handling of Merit and Competitions Medals I shall continue this way.

 UNIFORM UPDATES

 SOO RIDDLE 2020

Every Report I will include an encoded transmission or question. Your task will be to decode the transmission or answer the question.

The code will be different every time, and the solution must be an readable and understandable English sentence. Questions must be answered in appropriate form.
The theme of the transmission will be the Star Wars based.

The first pilot sending the correct answer to the mailing list wins and get an IS-BR. 5th victory will be updated to an IS-SR, 10th to an IS-GR and 25th to an IS-PR.
The 2nd pilot who send the correct answer to the list will be given 3 points, the 3rd pilot 2 points and everyone else 1 point. Those points will be summed up: 10 points will give you a IS-BR and 25 points an IS-SR.

This week's transmission:
“Iayqz mximke rusgdq agf ftq fdgft. Mximke.”

Hint: I is an encoded W.

Last Week's winner: LCM Germ, and thus continuing his streak with the fifth win in a row! Furthermore FA Plif has achieved the milestone of 25 points and thus deserves an IS-SR!
As a side note: This competition does award participation beyond the first answer. And as Admiral Plif has pointed out rudimentary ID line of Rank/Name/Position is important!

Not much news to report, except that we in the TCCS are putting in last touches for RtF. I fear I need to repeat myself and say that I am really looking forward to it.
