FLEET NEWS
ISDII Challenge and Inferno Sqn Returns To Service

Thanks to a surge in membership, FA Plif and the Admiralty have recommissioned the ISDII Challenge after being mothballed for over six years. Wing X has been re-activated to crew the Challenge along with Inferno Squadron under the command of CPT Drake Starfire, further squadron assignments incoming shortly.
High Admiral Anahorn Dempsey will be commanding the Challenge's battlegroup as its Commodore.

COO Announces Changes Rules For Awarding LoS & LoC 

The following rule modifications for the Legion of Skirmish and Legion of Combat are effective immediately:

Star Conflict Custom Battles are no longer eligible for the Legion of Skirmish and Legion of Combat due to concerns about spamming/padding.

X-Wing vs TIE Fighter is eligible for battles/missions built in or from the Battle Centre, no custom battles. The mission setup and scoreboard screenshots are required for eligibility.

X-Wing Alliance now requires the pre-mission screenshot showing the players and craft assignments and the scoreboard for eligibility. Craft assignments for PvE/Co-Op now require the AI to be using equal or better craft for the Legion of Skirmish. (ex. no Human T/Is vs AI T/Fs. Human T/Is vs AI T/Is or T/Ds are OK). For Legions of Combat, craft must be the same on each side anyways.

Active Duty Requirements Updated
Squadron Commanders are now able to ask that FMs and FLs be transferred to the Reserves if the pilot hasn't been active for two consecutive months. For 'active', we're using a very broad definition, pretty much anything more than just communicating. Flying missions, participating in competitions, working on Wiki articles, taking IU courses, writing fiction, and creating graphics are the basic kinds of things we think of when we're discussing whether a pilot's been active or not.

Imperial Storm Battle #5
Once again the ISDII Hammer faces off against the ISDII Warrior in the heat of combat. This time, pilots of the TIE Corps flew TIE-Free 231 to which the results are now pending.

Squadron (Re)Mobilization Event Awards
Back in May Epsilon Squadron earned the right to change it's name, fighters, and objective. Having only been Epsilon's CMDR for a mighty 14 days, it would be rude of me to come storming in here and re-arrange all of the furniture. So I would like to hear all of Epsilon's opinions on this. Is Epsilon those comfy set of slippers that you put on and instantly feel at home? Or would you like to see change?


SL Lanimret Promoted To Lieutenant
It's with great delight that I get to announce that our own SL Lanimret had been promoted to full Lieutenant!

LT Lanimret was awarded a promotion for completing their first activities as a member of Epsilon Squadron:
TIE Fighter Tactics IU Course: 100%
Basic Flight Maneuvers Course : 100%

Flight III Leader Position Vacant
The position for Flight Leader for Flight III is currently vacant. For anyone unfamiliar with the role please take a look at the TIE Corps Manual which will detail the requirements and expectations for the role.

EoR - 2020

Every week before Saturday, 06:00 UTC, Epsilon pilots submit their SC PvP/PVE/COOP screen with the highest EFF points to SmTaUcM@Yahoo.co.uk.
In each category (PvP/PvE/COOP) the best scorer will earn 4 points, second will earn 3 points, third 2 points and every further participant 1 point. These points will be summed up.

The pilot with most points at the end of the week will earn an IS-BW. The pilot with most points at the end of the month will earn an IS-SW, second an IS-BW. The pilot with most points at the end of the year will earn an IS-SW, second an IS-BW.

For each submitted screen (max 1 per category per week) the pilot earns 1 activity point.
Every 10 activity points the pilot earns an IS-BW. When reaching 50 activity points the pilot earns an IS-SW instead and the activity points are set to 0 again.
