| INTRODUCTION |
Good Friday evening Hammer pilots! MSEs are getting wrapped up. This will be my last report and last night in command of the ISDII Hammer as tomorrow on 9 May I will be transferring to the VSDII Aggressor to take charge of the Combat Operations Office. But you will be in more than capable hands as High Admiral Elwood the Brave has been selected to succeed me as ISDII Hammer's Commodore. This will be Woody's second tour of duty in ship command. He previously has served as commander of Typhoon Squadron and Gamma Squadron, commodore of the ISDII Hammer, Strategic Operations Officer and TIE Corps Commander before returning to command Epsilon Squadron on the Hammer. Woody, I've made sure that the desk is filled with your favorite ales and we've taken the liberty to move your dancing Twi'lek girl bobblehead. LC Araujo has assured me that there's not a trace of fur in the seat or carpet after supervising the cleaning droids. This segues perfectly into my next announcement, Major Alejandro Araujo was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel after a stellar performance this last month, especially for Squadron Remobilisation. On top of that, we even picked up some new pilots from the Daedalus and even Major Tygra Shadowclaw returned from the Phoenix to join us. Another Combat Event is upon us on Saturday (May 9th) on GameRanger and Discord starting at 6 PM. Look for me or COL Blackheart for assistance getting set up.
