The big news this round were the namings of the next SOO and COO. VA John T. Clark will become the SOO and AD Miles Prower will succeed him as COO effective Saturday, May 9th. There’s a lot going on and I’ll be very happy to spread the work around a little bit more.

This week, we opened several positions for applications: Hammer COM, Warrior COM, WARD, and EDR. If you're interested in any of those, please email me, VA John T. Clark, and AD Miles Prower. We've got a few applications so far all with some good ideas on display, any additional applications should find their way to us by the end of May 4th.

Speaking of Star Wars Day, that's when Episode IX will arrive on Disney+. There are a lot of mixed feelings about the movie, but I definitely think it's worth spending the time to see it yourself. Check out The Mandalorian and the last season of The Clone Wars while you're there.

There’s not much to report about this yet because it’s still very early in the process, but we have a few folks looking at merging the databases by bringing the DB and the IU into the TC database. I know I'm excited about the IU part, having two databases to update to try to make sure I know about IU course completions is not much fun.

Squadron (Re)Mobilization will end in the next few days, congratulations to the squadrons that have already completed 10 tasks and to any squadrons that will achieve the same. I'm glad that so many of you took interest in it and are having fun with the rewards.

If you complete a new Imperial University course, you'll notice that your EH database profile gets updated automatically but not your TC database profile. The latter are updated manually, please give us a couple of days after your test is graded for the new course to appear in your TC profile before you email us about it.

• CT Aaron Cremel completed his training and was assigned to Alpha Squadron as SL Aaron Cremel
• COL Hav Antiel was appointed to CA:LO and now has a dual profile as AD Hav Antiel

• Earned a few LoSs from EABF2 and SC PvE
• Selected a SOO and COO

ONGOING:

• Acting Kappa KMDR
• Greeting new cadets and performing onboarding tasks before assigning them to squadrons
• Processing transfers and other profile updates in the database
• Running TIE Corps in Battle, the Trivia Grand Tour, Everyone’s a Critic, and Squadron (Re)Mobilization 2
• Approving awards and uniforms, correcting submissions as needed
• Updating TC database profiles with IU course completions
• Keeping track of CoB eligibility
• Posting news to the feed in the database

IN PROGRESS:

• TIE Corps Pilot Manual update
• The Commodore Volume 7
• COM, WARD, and EDR selections

PENDING:

• Taking TM/3
• Updating Squadron Management in the IU to SM/5
• Title review for anything that awarded a title that isn’t reflected in the database yet
• Competition resource - what we’ve done before to serve as a pool of ideas for what we can do next
• Figuring out another solution for completing the evaluation feedback loop
• Setting 2019 titles for competitions like Ace of the TIE Corps
• FCHG career awards
