Welcome to this week's Warrior report. There's been a lot of news and updates since the last report, including multiple promotions.

I love to see our new and returning pilots grinding their way up the ranks. Congrats, pilots!

This year's Escort Flight competitions are live. Both the Warrior Commodore's Escort Flight and the Wing II Commander's Escort Flight comps reward the Top 4 most active Warrior pilots on the Kill Boards. The rewards stack so that pilots who remain on the Escort Flights for multiple months receive bigger rewards, with the IS-GW going to any pilot who stays on the Escort Flight for all 12 months in 2020.

Speaking of rewards, I've just recommended the medals for the pilots who joined me on the WarCOM's Escort Flight in January. I'll update the tables for February in March.

• Flying XvT-TC missions (Still chasing that Gladiator FCHG rank)
• Catching up on missing Escort Flight and Merit Award recommendations
• Tweaking a few TC wiki pages
• Definitely *not* doing anything weird with the Sin CMDR's pilot helmet while he's away...

The only way forward is through.
