TIE Corps, TCCOM Report

  • Pilots of the TIE Corps, I am happy to announce that we now have a new method for inter-club muliplayer flying!
The Errant Venture has gone into disrepair (worse than before) so everyone has moved to a new lobby system called Voobly.com.
We have a team site at http://emperorshammer.voobly.com , to join the team just click on the
link below the "team picture" that is empty right now on the left side. When you are signing up, do not put EH_ or EH in front of your name, when you join the team
Our tag [__EH__] will be added to your display name automatically. You can then join in the lobbies for XvT and XWA. Please record the results of your combat as if it
were any other battle and report them to me for processing.
If you have issues connecting to others, you may want to look at the GameRanger client (GameRanger.com) to replace the EV and as another way for you to find MP combatants.
  • I would also like to announce that we are now going to start using Freeworlds again as a supported platform. I will be looking into setting up a private server for EH use by the end of the month but until then and going forward I will allow for activity from the official FW server to be counted as well.
Freeworlds has set some tighter rules on how factions are set up. There are now only Five factions, New Republic, Jedi, Sith, Galactic Empire, and Criminal Underworld.
Each Faction has a set shiplist, please join with either Galactic Empire or Sith, I would strongly urge you to join the GE. Please do not put eh_ anywhere in your FW persona, I will be creating a forum post on our forum where you can register your FW persona. Player stats on the FW server can be found here
  • I would like to remind everyone that there is a weekly gaming event occurring every Saturday, 12 AM to 11:59EST.
Although all matches are reported to the competition organizer, please report your matches to me via email just as you normally do with other competitions as well.

Current Supported Platforms: Jedi Academy, Jedi Outcast, Republic
Commando, Battlefront 1 and 2, Empire at War and Forces of Corruption,
Galactic Battle Grounds and Clone Campaigns, X-Wing Alliance, X-Wing
versus Tie Fighter, Halo PC, Halo 2 PC, Halo 3, Halo Reach, Alien
Versus Predator, Star Craft 2, Killzone 3, Resistance 2, and the Call
of Duty 4 mod, Galactic Warfare.

    Basic rules:
To participate you must be in #outerrim
Matches are arranged through MrBot through the !signup command - for
2v2 or more simply add that - !signup XWA 2v2
Players may play up to six 1v1 games per person, regardless of
platform. Example: player A will play player B three times in JO, and
three times in BF2. No more matches can be played after the sixth game
    has been reported.

    Team Match Rules
You may play up to 6 team matches, including uneven matchups, with the
same set of people. This means, no matter what the teams are, if it's
the same 3+ people you can only play 6 times. If one player is
substituted in for another you can play another 6 matches.
Regular TFFA (Team Free-For-All) matches are played until one team
    reaches 20 kills.
CTF (Capture the Flag) matches require a minimum of 4 participants
    (two per team).
CTF matches are played until one team achieves at least 5 flag captures.

    Conditional Game Rules:
JA/JO/RC games are played first to five kills.
BF/BF2/EaW games are played until the game decides a wining side.
Games are reported as 1-0 for the winner, 0-1 for the loser.
XWA/XvT are played until the time limit expires. Games are reported
    using the full score.
Uneven JO/JA/RC matches are played until one team reaches at least 15 kills.
In XvT/XWA 1vs1 matches, in order for a match to be declared fair and
free of dispute, each opponent is required to serve for at least 5
minutes each to account for the effects of host lag. This
equal-hosting-time requirement can be waived, however, if both players
    agree to only one host.

    Reporting:
Until further notice matches are submitted to this Form: ICGE Form
The matches are submitted to this form because it helps determine who
has won the ICGE and if there is an All-Star for the week.
This spreadsheet is sent to the people who are in charge of rewarding
its members for participating in this event
For more than 1v1 simply insert pins seperated by a comma. IE: 598, 1121

    All-Star:
All-Star is basically bragging rights, saying your the best person on
that specific day and depending on the club, the person may earn a
special medal. Example: In the DJB if you become an All-Star you earn
    a Pendant of Blood.
To achieve All-Star status, the person needs to achieve the following
    on that specific day:
Played a minimum of 7 people
Has earned at least 12 points
Points are awarded for each match played:
FPS/Simulation- 1 point per win, .33 per loss
RTS - 2 points per win, .66 per loss
