 COMBAT EVENTS
COO's Monthly Challenge 2019 - whole TC

This Combat Event will be for the Distinguished Flying Cross. Your goal will be to submit a victory screenshot with the highest number of kills + half assists you can get in one round of and Star Conflict PvP matches. For this event, Assists are counted, but only at half weight and we round down. If a pilot finishes a match with 10 kills and 5 Assists, the score for the match would be recorded as 12. Submissions to this competition are made through the database like any other 24/7 LoC submission. While processing LoCs, the COO and COOA keep an eye out for new personal bests and update a shared spreadsheet.

When a pilot has won the DFC 3 times in a row, he cannot win it in the fourth month. His points will be tracked, but not counted for the Combat Event. For his efforts, he will be rewarded with a IS-SW.

 COO RIDDLE 2019

Every week I will include an encoded transmission in my COO report. Your task will be to decode the transmission.

The code will be different every time, and the solution must be an readable and understandable English sentence. The theme of the transmission will be the Star Wars based.

The first pilot sending the correct answer to the mailing list wins and get an IS-BR. 5th victory will be updated to an IS-SR, 10th to an IS-GR and 25th to an IS-PR.

The 2nd pilot who send the correct answer to the list will be given 3 points, the 3rd pilot 2 points and everyone else 1 point. Those points will be summed up: 10 points will give you a IS-BR and 25 points an IS-SR.

This week's transmission:
“Gwc emzm bpm kpwamv wvm! Qb eia aiql bpib gwc ewctl lmabzwg bpm Aqbp, vwb rwqv bpmu. Gwc emzm bw jzqvo jitivkm bw bpm nwzkm, vwb tmidm qb qv lizsvmaa.”

 FINAL WORDS
The end of the year is upon is, and what a year it was. It has catapulted me from feeling ready to take on a Commander position again, after a two year hiatus, to becoming COO and thus taking my first Admiralty postition. I am proud to have commanded Epsilon Squadron during it's quest to rip Raise the Flag from the clenched fists of the Warrior.
In my personal live I've had several ups and downs, with great days with family and friends on the one and hurting personal loss on the other.
The TIE Corps has been a part of my live for the past 15 years, and I am pround to call several members my close friends.
That being said, I wish every TC member and their families & loved ones happy holidays!

The final regular COO report for this year will be published next Saturday, December 28th, barring any unforseen circumstances. That means the coming week will be the last for the 2019 weekly COO competitions TCvsAI and TCoR, with annual tallies being calculated on that day. The month long competitions and combat events will, of course, run until the actual end of the year, December 31st.

Please upload all your remaining sceenshots from 2019 until the end of Friday, January 3rd 2020.

To be reasonably fair, I'll define that as 11:59H January 4th UTC, so everybody around the world should have the full 24H of their respective Friday available for the submission.
Screenshots uploaded past that date will not be included in the final tallies for MP & CoOp Ace of the TC or the COO's Star Wars Challenge, or applicable other competitions.

respectfully submitted
