Pete Buys Something

FA Pete Mitchell’s TIE Maverick popped out of hyperspace in the Corellian system.  Pete Maneuvered it down to one of the more run down public landing pads. 

Upon exiting, Pete found an attendant.  “Make sure no one goes near that, for their own safety,” Pete said, tossing a 100 credits his way. 

Pete then took a speeder to an even dodgier end of town.  There, he found the shop he was looking for.  “Going Out of Business!” was the name of the store, that had been under that name for at least 5 years.  He went straight to the back and talked with the owner, a Toydarian. 

“Excuse me, I believe you are holding something for a Mr. Smith?”

“Ah, yes, I have it here, come on in…  It’s around here somewhere…  Here!”  The Toydarian grabbed a small, beat up looking wood crate with a loose top and handed it to “Mr. Smith.”

Pete looked in the crate, nodded his head, and passed bag of credits to the owner.  “It’s been a pleasure…”

“Come again!”

MAJ Aldaric stepped down as Kappa KMDR and FA Plif is filling in there until a permanent replacement is found.  Thank you for your service MAJ Aldaric!

We also welcomed two returning veterans to the fleet, COL Mordred has joined Kappa and COL Doyon has joined Alpha.  Welcome! 

On a sadder note, CPT Ric Gravin has gone AWOL.  We do hope he will return soon. 

On a final note, we really are in desperate need of some new CMDR’s.  It is a very important position.  Is anyone willing to step up?  We really need 2 new CMDR’s right now.  Thanks,

BSF’s are due by midnight GMT on December 31^st.

Rules:

Every month, there will be a full battle from each of the major SP platforms (TIE, XvT, XWA) assigned.  Pilots will fly each battle that they choose and BSF the battles to the TC database and forward the BSF email to Pete Mitchell.  If the pilot has earned a high score, BSF it and also send the pilot file to Pete Mitchell in case the BSF is not approved in time.  Please also forward the BSF confirmation to Pete Mitchell as well. 

Each month the pilot with the highest score in each platform will earn 10 points.  The next highest score will earn 9, the next highest 8, then 7, then 6 and so on.  All submissions will earn at least 5 points.  Any mission high scores, will earn 1 bonus point, and any battle high scores will earn 2 bonus points.  High scores are determined at the time the BSF was submitted.  If a high score is beat by another pilot in the same competition that submitted after, both pilots will receive the bonus points.  If a pilot submits a BSF that would have been a high score, but was beat by another pilot that submitted before, no bonus points will be awarded to the second submission.  Points will accumulate for the year for more awards. 

Participation points will also be tallied by ship and squadron.  One point per battle flown.  Flying participants of top participating ships and squadrons will earn extra rewards.

Annual:

IS-PW/GW/SW for 1^st 2^nd and 3^rd total points for the year.  (at least 5 participants)

IS-GW/SW/BW for 1^st 2^nd and 3^rd total points for the year in each platform (at least 4 participants)

IS-GW/SW/BW for all flying members of squadrons with 1^st 2^nd and 3^rd total participation points.

IS-GW/SW/BW for all flying members of ships with 1^st 2^nd and 3^rd total participation points.

Monthly:

IS-GW/SW/BW for 1^st 2^nd and 3^rd total points for the month (at least 3 participants).

IS-SW/BW for 1^st and 2^nd in each platform (at least 2 participants).
