NEWS

Welcome all to another Delta Squadron weekly.

It's been a very active week here in Delta Squadron, with a well contested trivia round, a fairly active set of emails and a flurry of new recruits, one of whom has managed to bag a promotion already.

First and foremost, please allow me to welcome Lieutenant Mirei Seppen to Delta as Delta Two, technically my wingman! Secondly allow me to welcome our newly minted Lieutenant, Charlie X who takes a position in Delta Three. This nicely fills out Flight One and means we’re getting back towards having a full complement of pilots again.

This week has also seen the issuing of the Medals of Communication from the previous Monthly Squadron Evaluation, and I’m hoping to see a few more medals dropping through the comms channels in the coming days. I will also be looking to close out the October MSE later this week so just a reminder to get those final monthly activity points in so I can reward them! :)

Finally, from my side I’ve begun working with the TCCOM, SOO and COMS on the next edition of Imperial Storm. I’ve taken stock on a number of comments and emails about our last run so if you have anything you’d like me to take note of my email is always open phoenixberkana@gmail.com so please just holler!

Delta on Tour -

Mission to fly is TIE TC-#19

Please get your TFR’s or BSF’s in by Sunday the 3rd of November

Rules:

Every two weeks COL Phoenix will select a TIE Battle from the compendium, pilots will then have two weeks to fly said mission with BSF submissions due by midnight of the end date of the round (GMT).

Top scorer for each round earns 3 points, 2nd place earns 2 points and all other submissions earn a pilot 1 point.

5 points is worth a IS-BW, 10 points a IS-SW, 15 a IS-BW, 20 a IS-SW and so on. 

Delta Trivia:
This past weeks round centred on Echo Base, the Rebel hideout from The Empire Strikes Back. Winner of the round despite the best efforts of MAJ Shadowclaw was LT Mirei Seppen! Good work Lieutenant! An Iron Star with Bronze Ribbons is on the way.
