Welcome all to the first report of July,
hopefully you've all had a good week and are settling in to the long haul of
the summer - here in London I can say things have been getting mighty toasty! We have had several emails out amongst
the squadron this week concerning a couple of things - firstly the upcoming
TIE Corps Exercise competition that was launched a few days ago. Secondly, we
also have an internal flight competition that, having recently been approved,
will be live later this week. Thank you to all who have given me input on
both, it's been very well received. On my side I can report that the Delta
MSE has been completed and sent to the Admiral, I can also report that last
weeks trivia is now complete. See below for answers and the winner! |

COMPETITIONS |
|
Delta on Tour - Every two weeks COL Phoenix will select
a TIE Battle from the compendium, pilots will then have two weeks to fly said
mission with BSF submissions due by midnight of the end date of the round
(GMT). Top scorer for each round earns 3
points, 2nd place earns 2 points and all other submissions earn a pilot 1
point. 5 points is worth a
IS-BW, 10 points a IS-SW, 15 a IS-BW, 20 a IS-SW and so on. Trivia - Last weeks trivia round centered on our
favorite men in white, the Imperial StormTrooper! The round was won by COL
Impulse, although special mention goes to LCM Donir who held the lead early
on before being overhauled at the death. A IS-BR has
been ordered for you Colonel! That win also sealed COL Impulses
position as the Top-Gun for June earning him a
IS-SR. Q1: Which company manufactured the standard blaster rifle carried by
