Introduction

First and foremost a hefty congratulation to Colonel Impulse who as you will have no doubt seen has been appointed the new Science Officer, which comes with the perk of being promoted to Vice Admiral. He does however continue to double hat as Colonel Impulse within Delta Squadron. So, if you have any ideas on patches, mods etc please get in touch with him.

Next up our own Commodore, Admiral Prower has been appointed Reconnaissance Officer and will be overseeing the advertising and raising of our brand out there in the dark corners of the web. I understand he is looking for members willing to help, so if you’re willing please get in touch with him at the usual address.

Activity wise, we had a pair of Commendations of Loyalty awarded to squadron members by the Grand Admiral. First up was one for yours truly (ahem) which was no doubt earnt when I held Miles’ whiskey cabinet hostage. The second went to Colonel Impulse for his extremely hard work over the year and continued dedication to the TC. So well done there.

Fleet Competitions:

As you may have seen from the recent email chain on the TC group AD Plif has setup a weekly MP session. It’s currently earmarked for 8:30pm EST which is around midnight for those of us in Europe.

If you’re keen to fly, details can be found below.

Day: Weekly on Thursdays

Time: 5:30pm Pacific, 6:30pm Mountain, 7:30pm Central, 8:30pm Eastern (that's around midnight in GMT and around noon on Friday in Australia, hence my suspicion that this will only appeal to part of the world)

Duration: Up to the players; could be an hour, could be a few hours. Leave when you want to, no pressure!

Where to meet: Discord's Hangar chat (get your headset ready!)

What are you playing?

XWA is the frontrunner so far, since it's a Star Wars game, most people have it, and it's not dependent on how many other people are playing at the time. I wouldn't rule out XvT, SC, or BF, it just seems like XWA checks the most boxes.
