Greetings. This is my first report as CMDR of Sin Squadron. First of all, we appreciate the excellent service that LT Kiba did as our previous CMDR and we hope that in his current situation he can collaborate within his possibilities to continue maintaining active Sin. This is what we expect from all our pilots. With my promotion, the FL position of Flight Three has become vacant. Any member of the Tie Corps who is interested in this position will be very welcome. Within the delivery of the results of the MSE of August we highlight the medal Palpatine Crescent of our FL, CPT Rando. We quote the words of RA Hav Antiel: "During August, CPT Rando flew 18 SP missions with 3 new mission high scores.His continued participation (and dominance) in multiple Corps-wide flying competitions earned him 12 Iron Stars (and, of course, serious bragging rights.) To recognize CPT Rando's high levels of activity, I recommend that I receive the Palpatine Crescent". We are absolutely agree with this comment. (Now I'm bragging, but when you're right you can do it without any problem). Also, and in my particular case, the rumor has spread that I sleep with my pilot's uniform on. That is not exactly so, since my sleeping pajamas have the colors of the TIE pilot uniform, as it is easier to wash, and also better conceals the beer stains that "occasionally" fall on top of it, I do not know why , when I sleep. - Sin Squadron Change of
Command. COL Earnim Branet has stepped up to take over as CMDR of
Sin Squadron and has now been officially appointed to the position. - New Alpha Commander Selected. Commander Alejandro Araujo has been selected as the new Alpha Squadron Commander. Congratulations and be successful in your new role!. - "New" XWA Patches. Thanks to the efforts of COL Impulse, the old 16-bit installer for the XWA patches has been reworked to work under 64-but systems. As a direct result, all old XWA patches can now again be installed. Most of these were covered in the XWA Craft Packs, but not all. This has now been corrected. - Trivia Grand Tour: Season Two, Week Seven has finished and Week Eight now start. PROJECT 659 |
||||||||||||
|
The Project 659 competition continues! The pilots of Sin have
all the month of October to complete these battles for the platforms
TIE Fighter, X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter, and X-Wing Alliance. Every battle BSF earns you one point; the first pilot to submit the BSF for each assigned battle earns a bonus point, and additional bonus points are awarded for ≥80% of the existing high score and a further bonus point if you beat the high score. The points will be tracked and an IS-BW medal awarded for every 5 points and an IS-SW medal for every 20 points. OCTOBER ASSIGNMENTS

Another week (And another month) are ending. Now the MSE is coming
for September and I am completely sure that our pilots will be
rewarded for their effort. Also our internal competition, the
project 659 starts running from 01/October/2018, having the whole
month to complete the new assignments. Let's complete the battles,
and increase the citations (And the honor) of our squad. |
