As we come towards the end of the month, I would like all Squadron Commanders to begin their WSRs. My goal is to have them completed and sent up the chain by next Sunday. Just a couple of news items:

1. Please join me in welcoming a new pilot to Sigma 3-3, SL Raven1. Welcome to the Warrior Raven1!
2. More news from Sigma, with MAJ Talra stepping down, GN Kaisin Mirtez has stepped up into the vacant Flight Leader position.
3. Congratulations to all the Warrior pilots who earned a Commendation of Loyalty this January: GN Jarek La'an, GN Pickled Yoda, COL Plif, MAJ Xavier Sienar, CM Bodhan Grayson, and LT Reyla Setsune
4. Eight responses to the survey so far. The Commanders and I will begin and have begun discussing some changes we will make to improve the Wing/Ship, based on what you have told us. The survey will remain open until I hear from every one of you and my hope is to continue the improvements , this link HERE will take you to the survey. I promise no reprisal will come from taking part in the survey in any way. In February, The Commanders and I will look to address these issues as best we can.
5. As promised, I have created an availability sheet in Doodle so that we can all see when we are available to fly together consistently. Keep in mind it says this week, but it truly should be for any time. Please make the best use as you can. Keep in mind we have several different time zones represented. All times are based on GMT +0 in the Doodle. If you follow the link you should also be able to see availability of the other pilots. I know several people responded.
