ISDII WARRIOR REPORT #2

REPORTING OFFICER: Rear Admiral Len Eode, Commodore
DATE SUBMITTED: 8 January 2017

OPENING FICTION

*ISDII Warrior, 1 week ago*

It was a quiet day on the Warrior, Sigma had just returned from a routine patrol and were stowing their gear, when Acting Commodore, Fleet Admiral Jerek La'an entered the locker room.

'Attention on deck!' Colonel Len Eode commanded.

The pilots snapped to attention where they were. La'an nodded to the pilots. 'Stay as you are, I have some big news.'

La'an walked up to Len and pulled out a flimsi from his pocket. 'Your new orders, Rear Admiral.'

Present day, Commodore's Office

Len was still adjusting to the new, well everything. He had been in more briefings than he would care to admit, but in the last week he had still found time to fly. The freshly minted Rear Admiral stood and softly strode over to the office window. The vastness of space and the blue and green planet below captured his gaze. His mind was contemplating one thing, how to complete their new mission...

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Welcome to this weeks report! I have several items this week including a Wing/Ship wide survey, and an echo announcment from the COO and the TCCOM. Let's get to it:

  1. Top on our list is the survey. To keep it brief, the idea is to find out what you the Wing/Ship members want to see comp wise, and also if we, your direct superiors, need to fix anything we are doing. The link can be found HERE. I emplore you to take this survey seriously. There will be no names shared to protect the guilty or innocent. Though as General Frown keeps telling at me, 'There are no innocents.'
  2. As Rear Admiral Silvus Mentioned in his report, Star Conflict has started to have bots appear in PvP matches. For an LoC, just make sure that you have a human opponent shown in the screen shot. If you have to, take two shots and submit them. This will also apply to any other comp you have to email shots to.
  3. It is always more fun to fly with a buddy. I would like to encourage anyone to set up time that they know they will be on regularly and share it with others. Not everyone can be on at the same time, with all the time zones, but we can find times that mesh with each other. For the next report, I will create a time sheet and send the link so that everyone can put down when they are available and what type of match they want to play. Also, if anyone is looking for someone to fly with, feel free to drop me an email or telegram PM
  4. Lastly in this announcement section, that is really wordy today, I am going to finish up the fiction proposal today (barring the end of the world). I hope that the proposal will be accepted in part or whole.

COMMODORE'S ACTIVITY

It was one crazy week, but here is what I did manage to accomplish

  • Working on the Fiction Proposal
  • Flew 3 LoSs and 3 LoCs
  • Email and Telegram activity
CONCLUSION

I know this report was extremely wordy. If you made it this far, congratulations you passed the test. You can now skip Colonel Frown's next lengthy presentation which will be on-'The legality of brewing one's own alcoholic beverage and distributing it throughout the ship?' I really need to discuss these classes with him.

The only way forward is Through.
