* new COO * new COOA * new Warrior COM * new Alpha CMDR * new Kappa CMDR * Evaluation time again |
Here we go with another TCCOM report. This week saw the biggest command position shuffle I have seen since I became TCCOM. The Aggressor, the Warrior, Alpha and Kappa have a new man at the helm. But let's start with the change in the TCCS, the COO, Admiral Hawkins decided a while ago that it was time to give his COOA, Lieutenant Colonel Silvius, the change to prove his self as admiralty material. That's why Hawkins stepped down from his COO position and Lieutenant Colonel Silvius, COOA and Alpha CMDR, was assigned to the position. Alongside this assignment came his promotion to Rear Admiral. Congratulations Rear Admiral Silvius. I am sure we can expect great things from you! To free up a place aboard the Warrior and to give Admrial Hawkins a chance to show his leadership skills, Admiral Plif, the Commodore of the ISD II Warrior, stepped down from his Commodore position and Amdiral HAwkins took the helm aboard the Warrior. A step I can only thanks Admiral Plif for. I am sure that Admiral Hawkins will prove us all right that he'll fit perfectly well for his new position, especially after his experiences in during his ToD as COO. But the take over of the Commodore position for Hawkins wasn't the only or even the main reason for Plif to step down. The major issue that was solved with this step was the fact that Colonel Ulrich Drachen had decided to step down as Kappa CMDR due to RL restrains. As there was no fitting candidate within Kappa to replace the driving force of the Kappa Hype, Admiral Plif decided for himself to go to Kappa and let the Hype flow there. So the new Kappa CMDR is no other than Colonel Plif. Colonel Ulrich Drachen retired to the only remaining free Flight Member spot within Kappa and thus Kappa is once again full. With the departure of Rear Admiral Silvius to the VSD Aggressor, the Alpha CMDR spot was open, but not for long. Lieutenant Commander Michael LeRoy stepped up and took the chance for a command position. Congratulations, Commander Michael LeRoy. But not only did the good Commander step up as Rear Admiral Silvius successor as Alpha CMDR, but also as his successor as COOA. We'll see if he can hold up to what Silvius has proven to be possible in this combination. I trust him to do his best to keep up with his predecessor! I won't repeat all the kind words and memories that were said about Admiral Hawkins, Admiral Plif, Colonel Ulrich Drachen and Lieutenant Colonel and their tours of duty in their previous positions. There's been enough said over different communication channels since the big shuffle. I just want to thank all of you, again, for all the work you have done for the TIE Corps. You've taken responsibility for the forthcoming of your unit or office and the TIE Corps as a whole. It's not always been a pleasure, not even a satisfying job you've done, I know this all to well. But to keep this community alive, we need people like you that step up and take responsibility, that put in the effort to make this community fun for the others, those under your command. And as far as I can tell, you've done this perfectly well, all of you! For this I cannot thank you enough. As a small sign of gratitude Admiral Hawkins was rewarded with a Grand Order of the Emperor, Admiral was rewarded with a Gold Star of the Emperor, Colonel Ulrich Drachen was rewarded with a Silver Star of the Emperor and Lieutenant Colonel Silvius was rewarded with a Silver Star of the Emperor. All those rewards are meant as a reward for the time and effort you've put into your units and offices in your different command positions. These are in addition to any possible medals coming from an evaluation process future or past. Congratulations to all of you and again, thank you! Talking about Evaluations. I expect the MShipE's for the ISD II Hammer and ISD II Warrior on my desk ASAP. So Commanders, get to your offices, get that paper work done and submit your MSEs up the CoC! ASAP! |
