Commodore HA Dempsey reporting
Report ID: H.AD.068
Report date: July 11, 2016
Another week has passed, and this is the week of evaluations. The Hammer's evaluations are done and the first medals have been handed out - congrats to COL Rau Aznable on his Bronze Star of the Empire, as well as LT Michael LeRoy on the same - it's alwaus good when your first merit award is such a high one!
In the mean time, MAJ Silvius picked up yet another Silver Star of the Empire and is found in the company of COL John T. Clark and GN Coranel Both.
Lastly, GN Golbez Harvey received a Palpatine Crescent and GN Dunta Polo amd COL Gyssler earned themselves an Imperial Security medal. And of course we were hit with a transport-load of Medals of Communication!
More big news this week, as LT Milo Antu was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander!
Now that more than half the year has passed, it's time to step up the difficulty on the Weekly Screenshots. I collectyed enough screenshots in December to last me all year, and I have a few to spare as well. As you may have noticed, the movies they're from are gonna be a little harder to get. I wonder if response times are gonna go up. We'll see.
Fiction writers beware! The new Warden of the Imperial Archives has issued a fiction competition and was give the green light to offer up a rare Iron Star with Platinum Wings, provided he gets enough submissions. We don't see enough of these handed out, so here's your chance to get one!
After the dramatic loss in Raise the Flag, you may have noticed the disappearance of our Wing Commander. It took some time to find him again, and I assure you he is back. If you are curious as to the circumstances of his return, go ask the TAC to make swift work of a TIE Battle that was submitted for review last week. It will tell you what you wish to know.
Meanwhile - it's good to see more flight activity, as our latest arrival, CM Zeke Freeman is also racking up
some sorties on the killboard!
Yes, I am back. I was convinced by our Commodore I could serve the Hammer far better in my position as Wing Commander than I could serve her while elsewhere. Elsewhere being in the brig of course. It seems the Tactical Officer even has a battle submission pending release about my return. Let's just say I am not in the mood to discuss the matter any further and leave it at that.
Most of you did not do well in RtF, but you already know that. And with most, I mean more than half. There are 41 pilots on the Hammer and 24 of you did not
score a single point in RtF. This - as you may imagine - is inexcusable, and harsh measures will be taken by me personally. I'm not sure what kind of measures yet as
I do not intend to suffer but those who paid attention will have noticed that I, too, scored 0 points. Perhaps I should have submitted my pilotfiles, graphics and
fictions directly to the TCCOM instead of trusting in the Imperial Postal Service....

Dempsey's Weekly Screenshots
Every week, the report will have a screenshot. First pilot to send the correct answer to the mailing list wins. Each victory earns you an IS-BR. Unless it's a 5th victory, you then get a IS-SR. Unless it's a 10th victory, which gives you an IS-GR. A 25th victory will give you an IS-PR!

July MP standings:
With half the year done, I remembered I had set myself some goals earlier this year. I haven't looked back at them, and off the top of my head I can recall just one. To reach Tan. With 510 points to go, it seems doable. I had 2539 to go at the start of the year, so we're about 78% done. I also planned to create at least 2 battles for TIE, XvT and XWA. So far, I have done 1 out of 6 which isn not good I guess. I reached the goal of flying 1000 SP missions, but only 1 out of 4 SP Kill Board wins. 3 to go in 6 months.... The biggest challenge was 150 IS-*W medals. So far the counter stands at 121, so that is still doable as well. Yay :)
