In Raise the Flag 2016, the Warrior was once again victorious! By a margin of 4,232 points over the Hammer, we've won our third straight RtF and retained our title as the TIE Corps Flagship. Excellent work, Warriors!

After taking first place in Raise the Flag for the third year in a row, Theta Squadron remains the TCCOM's Own Escort Squadron! Each Theta pilot that turned in at least 50 points was awarded an IS-GW, congratulations to GN Pickled Yoda, GN Gilad Pellaeon, COL Mark Schueler, GN Jarek La'an, and MAJ Keth Aalith.

Kappa Squadron took second place overall among the squadrons, which is a record performance for them and earned their pilots scoring at least 50 points an IS-SW! Congratulations to LC Ulrich Drachen, COL Daniel Stephens, LC Repulsor, CM leocadio, CM Junzaee, CPT Sparky, LT Lucifer Scorpio Romanov, and LT Christopher Winchester.

One of our own rose to the top in the individual standings this year, congratulations to GN Pickled Yoda! With a record-setting 2000 points, he earned his third IS-PW.

Another Warrior placed fourth in the individual standings, congratulations to GN Gilad Pellaeon! His 1328 points earned him an IS-BW

One of our Warriors earned a rank promotion shortly after Raise the Flag ended. Congratulations to CM Junazee!

Several pilots earned other various awards for RtF and June:

• GN Pickled Yoda swept the SP Bonus Comp and earned an IS-GW, four IS-SWs, and an IS-BW
• Your fearless leader placed second in the SP Bonus Comp and received an IS-SW and two IS-BWs
• GN Gilad Pellaeon placed third in the SP Bonus Comp and received three IS-BWs
• GN Jarek La'an placed second in both the Fiction and Graphics categories at the end of RtF, earning him two IS-SRs
• LC Ulrich Drachen placed third in the Graphics category at the end of RtF, earning him an IS-BR
• GN Pickled Yoda placed second in the SP category at the end of RtF, earning him an IS-SW
• COL Mark Schueler placed third in the SP category at the end of RtF, earning him an IS-BW
• GN Gilad Pellaeon placed second in the MP category at the end of RtF, earning him an IS-SW
• GN Pickled Yoda placed third in the MP category at the end of RtF, earning him an IS-BW
• MAJ Keth Aalith placed first in the MP Ace of the TC competition for June and first in the COO's Star Wars Challenge for June, earning him two IS-GWs
• GN Gilad Pellaeon placed second in the MP Coop Ace of the TC competition for June, earning him an IS-SW
• GN Pickled Yoda placed third in the MP Coop Ace of the TC competition for June, earning him an IS-BW

The ship evaluation for June has been reviewed and merit medals are starting to come out. So far, congratulations to:

• LT Reyla Setsune on her first Imperial Security Medal
• LC Michael Emrys on his sixth Palpatine Crescent

Many, many Warriors earned Medals of Communication for June, full listing was posted to the news in the database. Big thanks to everyone that took the time to speak up during the month!

On a sadder note, three Warriors decided to head to the Reserves after Raise the Flad ended: MAJ Flelm and MAJ Nolij from Sin and LT Turel from Sigma. We wish them the best and hope they find their way back to us someday.

Still working on getting everything squared away with regard to Raise the Flag. It's a more involved process than I thought it was!
