MP SUBMISSIONS REMINDER A reminder of the MP Submission guidelines: Screenshots should be submitted within one week of the date the match was played, ideally within 24hrs. If they cannot be for what ever reason, email the COO/COOA in advance, to discuss any implications for competitions, etc. The submission of 'hoarded screens' is to be discouraged. The submission of screens for any competition tracking activity within a given week or month that were NOT taken during that time period will be considered cheating. Small numbers of screens taken very near time boundaries may be accepted at the discretion of the person responsible for the competition, especially if they do not alter the final outcome significantly (no medal positions, etc). I mention this as we are still occasionally getting 'horde' submissions, including screens dating back months. Thanks to those pilots and their CMDRs who have contacted us here in the COO to facilitate their submission, and to Plif and Pellaeon for their assistance in uploading bulk submissions! If you have any suggestions on how to improve, strengthen or alter my proposed guidelines, please get in touch. RTF COMBAT EVENTS AND COMPETITIONS Are we all ready for Raise the Flag?? Just so you are all aware, in terms of COO competitons and events, only the standing monthly comps will run - althought that still gives you four; the MP Ace, MP Co-op Ace, COO Challenge and COO Star Wars Challenge. This Month's Competitions: COMBAT EVENTS RESULT COO Monthly Challenge 2016: - whole TC This Comabt Event was for Star Conflict. To win, you needed to score the highest kill count in any single PvP round. If there are three participants then IS-GW/SW/BW, if only two IS-SW/BW, etc. At the end of the year the top 3 pilots with the most points will receive IS-PW/GW/SW. COO COMPETITIONS FOR MAY 2016

This Month's Competitions: COMBAT EVENTS COO Monthly Challenge 2016: - whole TC STRAIGHT UP KILLS Assisting your team-mates is almost always the right course of action. But sometimes, it really is just every pilot for themselves... The aim of this event is to score the highest pure 'kills' score. Assists/AI kills will not be counted towards your total. This Combat Event is a multi-platform event. Any platform in which PvP kills can be confirmed (as opposed to AI kills) is valid. Submitted screens must clearly show PvP kills, as well as meeting all usual victory requirements (Battlefront players, for example, will need to submit their main match report and the separate kills/deaths summary screen. this can be done by submitting two screens during normal submitting process). COO's Star Wars Challenge; Episode II - whole TC The COO's Star Wars Challenge is a competition designed to promote and reward the playing of MP matches based on a Star Wars platform. Simply submit your MP Screenshot report as normal, and the COO and COOA will track the number of matches played on any Star Wars MP platform, such as XvT, XWA, BF3, and all other approved MP platforms. Both PvP and PvE matches count towards a pilot's total. The player with the highest overall Star Wars based MP victories will win each month, and for the year over all. Normal Screenshot submission requirements apply. Screenshots that are submitted that were not taken in a given month, or very close to the start of it, will not count towards that month's total, but will count for the yearly total.
