Introduction - Apologies for the Delay

I do have to start this report by apologizing for the delay in my reports. I don't believe in excuses but I will say this I just let things get by me the last few months. It's not something I like but Real life and just plain lack of drive were big culprits in this. Good thing though here is a new report!

So to Start us off I'd like the Thank all of the Pilots serving on the ISDII Warrior who voted me the Warrior of the Year this past Warrior Day. It's a major honor and one I will always treasure. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for this honor.

One reason I delayed this report is to make sure March's MSE was completed and submitted to AD Plif and I'm proud to say it was submitted this past Monday. So hopefully some new Merit Medals will be going out soon!

Reminder - The last Phase of the MP Warrior League has started so get out there and bring the Final Victory to Kappa Squadron!

Order of the Eddyphotamus Dragon

As you all know I was Honored this past December with being the First Member of the OoED and as per my mandate I have created the first set of rules on how future Member's o the Order will be selected. There are as follows:

• 1) - Each July and December, the members of the OoED nominate as many pilots as they think are worthy to join the OoED under whatever criteria they deem worthy of nomination. Nominees can be current or past Kappa pilots or can be from any other unit if deemed worthy of the HYPE.
• 2) - The members of the OoED will then discuss and vote upon each nominated pilot. This process will take no longer than 30 days. Members that have not voted at the end of the 30 days will be counted as having abstained.
• 3) - Each nominee must receive unanimous consent to join the OoED among the members that vote. Abstained or Absent votes do not count against the total.
