Introduction

To My Fellow Pilot of Kappa Squadron,

This week will not have a traditional Weekly Squad Report because of the holiday. Look for my Year in Review Report which i hope to have out this weekend.

Anyway it's that time in the year where we all must look back or take stock of out lives not solely to feel bad or criticize every mistake but to help us learn and grow as people. This is also a year for us to use that information to look forward and set goals for ourselves.

I for one have had a pretty bad 2015 outside of my gaming clubs and i for one look forward to the new year and new start. So i hope each of you take a second to think about how good/bad 2015 has been then raise a glass and proclaim that this time next year you will not be in the same place as you are now.

It's my wish is that new place you are next year is better, wiser, happier and healthier than you are now.

And on this note i want to wish you all a HAPPY HEATLY NEW YEAR to you and your families!!!

As of Dec 30th 2015 - KAPPA Squadron is FULL standing at 12 Pilots!!!!

Due to this awesome news RA Hawkins conspired which members of Kappa Squadron to create and present me with this -

I want to thank the Squad and Hawk for this award and I will make sure I come up with a list of qualifications to make sure the next and future inductees are selected properly.
