WEEKLY TCCOM REPORT
WEEKLY TCCOM REPORT #21
FROM: TCCOM/FA Elwood the Brave
DATE SUBMITTED: 12th September 2015
INTRODUCTION
The ISD II Challenge was drifting alongside the ISD II Hammer and the ISD II Warrior in a dens nebula deep in EH territory. A shuttle had arrived a couple of hours ago and with a special delivery from Grand Admiral Rapier himself. The main Hangarbay of the Challenge had been redecorated to make room for all pilots of the TIE Corps ISD's and the Flag Officers. Woody stood behind a lectern, a set of small wooden boxes next to him. Each box had a name on it and contained a medal.

The hangar bay was filled with wispers and noise that came with huge groups of people. Woody looked into the faces of his assembled men. He knew most of them personaly, some he even called friends. He knew these were good men, brave men, men that went through a tough training and an even tougher time since they signed up for the Imperial Service in the Emperor's Hammer's TIE Corps.

Woody coughed and the freshly installed soundsystem amplified the sound so that even the men in the farmost corner heard it loud enough to realize it was time to stop talking and pay attention.

"It is once again this time of the year, when we celebrate the birthday of our founder, Grand Admiral Ronin. A couple of days back He had a big party together with the Emperor's Hammer Command Stuff. Apparently the party was this intense that Grand Admiral Rapier, our Fleet Commander, forgot about this special delivery for us." Woody patted the topmost wooden box. "Like every year the Fleet Commander awards Commendations of Loyality to a chosen number of members of the Emperor's Hammer Fleet for Grand Admiral Ronin's birthday. And those awards just arived today."

The wispering within his men started again, but Woody's loud voice stopped it at once "I won't loose any time with a formal speech and just call every receipient to me." Woody grabbed the first wooden box and read the name upon it "General Jarek La'an."

It took a moment before La'an realized his name and that he was the first on Woody's list. Only after Colonel Mark Schueler pushed him forward, La'an really realized it was him, stood up and made his way all the way to the front where Woody stood smiling.

"It's just a small token for all your service, but a well deserved one. Congratulations." Woody wispered into La'an's ear while he handed over the opened wooden box. La'an, too overwhelmed about the honor, was barely abel to say "Thank you, Sir." before he turned around and walked back to his seat.

Woody called up the next name, and all receipients came to him, some more overwhelmed, some even so cocksure of themselves that they seemed as if they expected to be the first to be called.

After Woody finished the long list and all boxes were handed out, he said "And now it is time for a celebration. Everyone to the cantina. Dissmissed!"

OVERVIEW
Finaly a report in time again. And a report with mostly good news this is.

First things first. The Commendations of Loyality for GA Ronin's birthday were awarded this week. Here the full list of TC personal recieving one:

FA Elwood the Brave
GN Jarek La'an
COL Golbez Harvey
LC John T. Clark
LC Repulsor

CPT Hawkins
CPT Keth Aalith
CPT Mauser
CPT Nolij
CM Archenksov
CM Doc
CM Spiffy the Chicken

Congratulations to everyone. And thank you, Grand Admiral Rapier, for the honor bestowed upon me with another CoL!

The ISD II Hammer's MShipE has been processed and as far as I know all medals were awarded last week. Congratulations to all awardees!

The ISD II Warrior's MShipE has left my desk a couple of hours ago and is underway down the CoC again. I guess all medals will be awarded within the next few days.

Apparently COL La'an had some issues with his mail account, i-phone, or what ever source he uses to store his contacts in. A good bunch of those on his contact list were contacted with odd mails lately, all of them contacted with their EH positions/ranks, or simmilar. The mails all had La'an's mail in the header but the sender of the mails had a slightly different, yet simmilar mail adress. Strange, but true. This again shows that one should always try to get his electronic stuff secured and to never trust a mail from a Theta CMDR :-P

After being out of contact for quiet a long time now, LT Lord Toxicon has been declared AWOL this week. May he find his way back to us somewhen in the future!

Back to good news. SL Milo Antu managed to get his promotion to full Lieutenant this week. Nice work, Lieutenant Antu. Keep it up and that won't be your last promotion, that's for sure!

After quite some time in the RSV, VA Rau Aznabul decided it was time to return to active duty and join Alpha Squadron's Flight II. Welcome back, Colonel Rau Aznabul!

Our actual major MP platform, Star Conflict, had a big update last week, followed by several smaller fixes that should have fixes issues created by the big update. The biggest problem with the update, match endscreens stating the match was a loss while it should have been a victory, seems to be fixed by now. I hope they really fixed it as it might be an annoying thing. Major difference between Star Conflist prior and post update are the queue times for PvP. They are damn short by now, compared to former queue times. You also see far more big battles now, with 10+ pilots on each side. The downside is that it often happens that you get put into a match that is allready running for a while. This can lead to entering a match that is already lost for your team before you even had the chance to do something for the victory. I hope these issues will be adressed by one of the future fuxies/updates. Until then I will most likely stick with PVE for a while... and open space until I got all those agents done for the latest set of missions.

TCCOM COMPETITIONS
TCoP - 2015 (TIE Corps on Patrol) - whole TC including TCCS

Last week I slightly changed the rules for the activity points for TCoP and make them like those for TCoR. For every submission you send in that doesn't earn you a medal, you'll gain 1 activity point. For each 8 activity points you gain an IS-BW and your activity points will be reduced for these 8 points afterwards. Your activity points will no longer drop down to "0" once you recieve a medal for this comp. I hope I hear no complains about these new rules for the activity points.
