Sigma Squadron Report #3 News
1.) Congratulations to HA Frodo March for earning the Gold Star for doing an excellent job as our COM.
2.) Congratulations to the new COOA CM Hawkins. Good luck Commander!
3.) LCM Spiffy, CPT Talra, and I all participated in Weekly Trivia. I took first, Spiffy took 6th and Crix took 8th. However the only thing that separated us was time, well done guys! Remember, Warrior trivia is a good and easy way to participate each week!
4.) Remember, Sigma Recruiting competition has been approved and is now running till June. Top recruiter for the month gets a shiny IS-BR!
5.) The COM's Flight competition is over. Congratulations to GN Pickled Yoda for taking first place.
6.) RTF is on the horizon and in preparation I have created a new competition that will become (if there is enough participation) weekly. The person whomever flies the most in Sigma each week earns a nice, shiny, IS-BW! Check out the details below.

Check out the Competitions Center and Combat Center for more details about competitions. Remember RTF is coming up and will dominate everything next month! Currently on the menu we have:
1.) Star Wars Commander: Persistent Strife - Until December 31st - In Star Wars Commander PvP tournament, take a screen shot of the highest score you can and send it to LC Plif (plif346@gmail.com). With 5 or more participants the top place gets an IS-GR (IS-SR for 2nd and IS-BR for 3rd), with 3-4 participants IS-SR for first place (IS-BR for second), for 2 participants an IS-BR will be given for first place. 2.) TIE Corps on Patrol 2015 - Until December 26th - Each Saturday the SOO will announce 1 free mission or battle for TIE, XVT, BoP and XWA. (Yes that's a total of 4 things to load into EHBL each week, not just one!) You have until the following Saturday at 0800 GMT to get the files submitted. IS-SWs and IS-BWs as appropriate. 3.) Empire at War Space Battle Tournament - May 31st - Throughout May, LC Plif will be running a double elimination tournament for Empire at War skirmish space battle. Full details here.
4.) Sigma Top Pilot - Until May 24th - Various platforms. The first in a potential series, this is a cross platform flying event. The person who flies the most in a week wins. Games open to this are: Galactic Starfighter, Star Conflict, XvT, TIE Fighter, X-Wing, any game that involves flying and can either submit screen shots or Battle files to CM Len Eode. More detailed info here.
5.) Warrior Trivia Season Two - Each week, LC Plif will give a link to 5 questions. Start them whenever you like, but once you start answer as quick as you can! Still waiting on week four to start up.
6.) Dempsy's Weekly Riddles - The Hammer COM will include a riddle in her weekly reports. First one to reply back with the correct answer gets an IS-BR. Higher versions available at milestone accumulations. Unlike most other trivia competitions, it is encouraged to reply-all on your answer to share it to the group (and save the Hammer COM the spam of a bunch of answers after the first one has already been received.)
7.) The GOG Games (TIE Fighter) - Until December 31st - Play through the original TIE campaigns throughout the year, rack up points, get awards. More information here .
8.) The GOG Games (X-Wing) - Until December 31st - Same thing but play as the evil Rebels on X-Wing. This one is only "half" as long as the other, with each Tour of Duty having two months to play through instead of just one. More information here.
9.) Ace of the TC (SP/MP) - Monthly - Get LoCs, fly missions and battles. Most in a month wins medals!
10.) One-Word Run-on - Keep posting words, making a story with other EH members! The thread is at the forums.
11.) Star Conflict Wingman III - Until May 31st - This will encompass all modes of Star Conflict. Your goal is to get the highest assist count in a single mission. More info here
12.) COO Monthly Challenge - Until December 31st - This competition will be for the coveted DFC. Your goal will be to submit a victory screenshot with the highest number of kills you can get in one round of Star Conflict's Domination or Team Battle modes. So in other words, you will need to get as many kills as you can during Domination or Team Battle. More info here.
13.) Sigma Recruitment - Until June 11th - The Sigma Squadron member who recruits the most new members who make it to LT in one month wins! More info here.

ISDII Warrior Sigma Squadron Commanders office
*Len sat at his desk pouring over efficiency, tactical, and intelligence reports. So many reports, the new commander wondered if there were reports for the reports. It looked like fleet was prepping for war. There was a buzz from the comm panel and he pushed the PTT button* Yes? *Len asked* It's Spiffy. *Came the unusually stiff reply. Len pushed a button and all the datapads and screens went green as Spiffy walked in* What's on your mind Spiffy *Len gestured to the chair in front of his desk.* There are rumors floating around the ship of *Spiffy looks around and whispers* of war. *Len leaned forward in his chair* hold on a second. *Len pushed a couple of buttons and a voice came through the speaker* CPT Talra. *Len leaned over the speaker* Crix, come into my office real quick. *Crix replied* just a second *In a few moment Crix entered the office and after greetings were exchanged, sat next to Spiffy.* Crix, I was just telling Spiffy that the rumors of war spreading throughout the ship are officially just rumors. *Len leaned forward in his chair* off the record, there is a buildup going on, next month we will most likely be going into combat. *Both flight leaders nodded. Crix spoke up* any idea who we're going to be fighting against? *Spiffy pecked in* I bet it's those crummy pirates. *Len shrugged* I'd say that there is a fair chance it'll be against the raiders, but we won't know for several weeks. Either way, prepare your flights I want Sigma more ready than possible when this fight starts. . .
