Epsilon Squadron Weekly Report – 5th May 2014

CMDR-TCS/COL Dunta Polo here reporting in for Epsilon squadron.

Squadron activity wasn’t quite as good as last week, however I am happy to welcome both LC Nile Rosenau and SL Doc to Epsilon. These additions provide a much-needed personnel boost to our unit. SL Doc got off to a good start by earning a Legion of Combat, after some good flying in Star Conflict. LC Gyssler won Epsilon SP Ace of the Month for April, earning an IS-BW in the process. For my part, I entered Hammer on Patrol again and stepped up my flight activity. Perhaps when the internet connectivity I have available to me doesn’t suck eggs, I’ll join Star Conflict as well.

Thanks to LCM Landon Cruise’s recruitment (including a youtube video), several new points joined the TIE Corps this week. CMDR Kyle Kroan continued his usual uniform updates on the database, including that of LC Rosenau. COO Crsepe continues to run Star Conflict competitions, the latest addition being the return of Combat Recon. The TC mailing list remains very active with numerous topics of discussion, including SOO Zosite Styles’ recent improvements to the BSF system. Automatic processing of X-Wing pilot files, and a 4th slot for multiplayer matches have been added. Unfortunately, this additional activity means the email quota of the current host for TIE Corps site will prove to be a limiting factor once again.
