Lost Transmission

. . . . What is happening? The Battle against the Ishtari...it activated me? Did something to me, i can't yet understand. I feel everything, i feel every thought on this ship, every emotion, every thoughtless motion, i'm connected to everything and nothing... I cannot cope, i need answers, i need to know why and i need it now. Silence is what i search.... I'm gonna take my trusted T-70 "Mad Bull" and gonna fly to Iktotch, to Korriban, to Ileum, to every place, i can find until i get my answers and the inner peace.... To the Challenge and the Fleet and of course my loved Firebird Squadron, I was honored to serve with you and we will meet again. It can be only months or years, but this transmission is not the last you hear from the Taurus. Watch the stars for me, honor our past and think about your future.

What Taurus does a report that early? What is going on?

What news there even are?

Apart from the reshuffeling of Inferno into the other Squadrons of the BG3?
A warm welcome to LT Saeko Shan, who joined us from the closed Inferno. We at Firebird also burn bightly and hot.

This month our former Flight Leader Travis was transferred to the request and we honored his time in Firebird with a shiny well deserved Golden Star of the Empire.
An accolade fit for the symbol he was to our squad. Farewell, old friend!

I want to issue a special congratulate to LC Honsou, who recived his Gold Star in recognition of his archivements in office as Tempest CMDR.

At this note i also congratulate CPT JetMech and CPT and3r, who both can call themselves CMDR now.
Nice to see new faces in the CMDR-Rank.

And the last thank is to my XO Triji Boliv, who stepped in this month with CMDR-Duties and helped me out a huge lot, when time escaped me faster than sand could through my fingers.

• If you are unavaible for being active, because you are haunted by work, school, family or you are simply at vaccation. Please notify me. Real Life is always more important than TC, but i need a notice.

COMMANDERS COCKPIT

By now you should already heard it from somewhere, the cantina or the firebird channel, but if you don't this is my final report as a your Firebird Commander.
From this Dezember on, i will walk the ashen halls of the Phoenix. My reason for this sudden change of movement is parted into two things, gaming time and interests.
As many of you know, i'm started to study biochemestry in october, at first i thought, i could handle being active online around the timezones and to study in germany, but this was an error of mine.
Most of the time, i leave the house at eight in the morning and come back at almost midnight, still in need of eating something and giving final touches to a lab protocoll, that i need to submit for grading the other day.
I noticed that under the week there is close to no time doing any gaming at all and on the weekends i mostly play games with no connection to the TC whatsoever.
I do my expeditions in Elite, play LoL, CK3, Shadows of War or Skyrim, but no Star Wars. To be quiet honest, i'm through to Star Wars: Squadrons (offically at least), after playing it on and off for nearly 2000hrs the last 2yrs, i hit a brick wall, there is no fun for me in any more.
Battlefront is funny in a group, but that's about it, i was never really a friend of shooters and the classics (TF,XvT,XWA) are still a big mysterium, i don't yet understand. I would need to learn them first from the ground up and that will take some time (currently i ram everything, instead of shooting it).

For me a CMDR to any squadron, should have the ability to motivate people in having fun in gaming for the club and i don't think that i can fullfill this role now, but i dearly hope that i can do it in the future again.
I will stay on the discord and soon as semester break hits, post pictures from me in Elite and pester the channels again and will reevaluate every semester, until i find myself an opening to be an active member once more.
It can be months or a few years, but i'm sure, i will come back soon(TM).
