KAPPA SQUADRON NEWS

Hail and well met, glorious pilots of Kappa Squadron! Much has happened since our last report so hang on!

Squadron ReMob 4 has concluded. Though we did not complete any tasks, there was great partipation. Several members knocked out single player missions, battles and reviews. Great work! There were also occasions for pilots to team up for multiplayer shenanigans. I had a great time with CM JetMech playing some Star Conflict. There were also some great works of fiction turned in! Many Kappa pilots earned IAR for their notable contributions to ReMob efforts. Thank you everyone!

The Kappa Squadron - RETRO GAMES comp ended with CM JetMech taking the top prize and LC randyrumrnr as "runner" up. We had a good time with Frogger, Galaga, Missile Command and Pac-Man. I hope everyone had fun with that comp and be on the lookout for a new squadron comp soon.

After a remodel, the Imperial University is back up and running. New LT's be sure to get your TCCORE course as soon as possible for your promotion to LCM is not delayed. Speaking of new LT's, we welcome LT Nate Towback, LT Yokanaan and LT Cooker to the Squadron. They wasted no time getting their first promotions and we are glad to have them with us! We also saw the departure of LT Cole Veerhaan and LT Crono Zeal Mawell. They left for the Reserves and we hope that they will be able to return to flight status soon. Finally, after a short run with 16 pilot squadrons, THE WARRIOR is going back to three flights so Flight Four will be closing. This, along with some shuffling of SQXO and FLers will bring about some changes to the roster.

SQUADRON ROSTER and JULY ACTIVITY

1-1 LC Aardvark: PC in June. LoS and LoC in Star Conflict. Entering several non-flight comps.

1-2 LT Nate Towback: Welcome! Promotion to LT, Passed TCCORE, completed several single player missions and reviews.

1-3 LT Ason Tsang: LoS and LoC's.

1-4 GN Mark Schueler: Completed 5 battles and awarded an IAR.

2-1 MAJ Sparky: Earned some Legions.

2-2 COL Farrin Xies: Earning Legions and an IS-BR in a non-flight comp.

2-3 CM Rachel Drakon: Participating in RP group.

2-4 COL Ulrich Drachen: ISM in June. Earning lots of Legions and an IAR! Also IS-SR and IS-CR for non-flight comps!

3-1 CPT Shang Khan: Earning some LoS.

3-2 LT Purpletiger_z: No recent activity noted.

3-3 LT Yokanaan: Welcome! Promotion to LT and earned an IAR for completing several SP battles and reviews.

3-4 GN Dunta Polo: Earning Legions in SC.

4-1 LC randyrumrnr: PC for June. Earning Legions and taking IU courses. IS-BR and IS-CR for non-flight comps!

4-2 VACANT

4-3 CM JetMech: ISM in June. Earning lots of Legions and IAR! Also IS-SR and IS-CR for non-flight comp!

4-4 LT Cooker: Welcome! Quick promotion to LT and earned over 100 LoC's in just a few days! WoW!!
