Captain Taurus was standing infront of the old Firebird Commander Office on the ISD Challenge. Merely Moments before he was informed through Commodore Silvar Naiilo that Stryker was assigned to form a new squadron - Raven Squadron - and Taurus was appointed as the new Commander. First Order of business: Clean up of the old Office.

He stepped through the door and was greeted by exactly the chaos that he expected. Stryker has left in a hurry, the floor was full with documents of the nearly two years of Firebirds History, boxes were loosley packed with protcolls, the trash bin was overfloating with ideas and teared papers and the desk was overfloating with half-formed ideas about raven and shadows. The only thing missing were Stryker's accolades, which were apperently already in his new Quarters.

Taurus let out a curse, as he realized that his first task would probably take up more than a few minutes, probably even more than a few hours. It took him more precisely the whole day. In the End, he managed to produce a timeline for the protocols and reports and packed them into transport boxes, the activity reports were scrambled and in cryptic symbols written down, without help, he realized, there will be no way to understand and read them. He transfered the trash out of the bins into a container, which he sent to the trash compressor, but Strykers Ideas were packed together and sent seperatly to his office.

After the office was cleared, Taurus was standing in the now empty room, investigating a last time, if he has missed something. After he made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly, he left the room, and closed the door. He left a note at the door: "Room cleared" and took the way out to his shuttle.

On the way to the hanger his thoughts were rumoring in his head, as he remembered everything that had happened since he joined Firebird. His upcoming under Stryker from a mere Flight Member the Squadron Commander of the best Infiltrator Squadron of the Tie Corps. He had big shoes to fill, but without a thought he knew, that he would do an outstanding job to lead Firebird into this new Chapter.

What can i say, i think, at the moment I'm the big news. The message took me by surprise and catched me a bit off-guard (it was very fast!), while we were doing some Squadrons matches with Tempest, but our former CMDR General Stryker was selected to open up Raven Squadron as the sixth Squadron in Wing X and i was appointed to lead the squadron ionto new territory.

So far so good, but this means we are in need of a new Flight Leader and Squadron XO.

Of course, i would personally prefer to promote one of you my little birdies (that sounds really weird), but anyone from the Challenge or the entire TC is warmly welcomed to send in their applications per mail or discord DM directly to me.

I will operate the squadron with the same goals as Stryker, that means our primary objective is to have fun and build a community together. Flying is not mandatory but dearly appreciated, but if your are active in chat and/or competitions you will find a place with us.

The only other news is the finish of Remob 4, where we not quit met our goals, but more importantly we had a good chunk of participation and more importantly our discord channel really got a glow up and buzzed with activity every other day. I hope we can keep this mindset after this competion.

Funny enough this report was already typed out (minus that comment and the layout). It was ment as a XO Report under Stryker's Nose, but now without Stryker there is no nose to go under, so somehow that is now my officially first report for Firebird. MSEs will be done as soon as i learn the ropes and then i will continue publishing this reports with a regulary rate and everything will run exactly as planned (probably not, because everyone know how chaotic i can be).
