RECAP
The roster is up five since last time with a mix of new and returning pilots along with a few departures. There's a post-evaluation wave of AWOLs and Reserves transfers looming, but as always we're discussion each case individually to make sure that we're making the right call.
In TIE Corps in Battle, the second round highlighted that there's no system in place to let a competition runner know that there are no BSFs awaiting review by the TAC. The TAC's been making some adjustments and we should be more prepared when the results for the third round are being put together. My plan for round two is to revisit the awards and present Iron Stars to the pilots who would have earned them if their BSFs had been approved when I tabulated everything the first time. This will be without taking awards back from pilots that have already received them, because that doesn't seem right. Also, the third round results will include competition points from the now-reviewed BSFs from the second round.
With the new database in place thanks to the efforts of FA Turtle Jerrar and his Internet Office team, we have a strong new foundation that takes care of almost all of our day-to-day operations and gives us an opportunity to seriously consider what procedures we'd like to change or even create. I've got a fairly long list of things to throw to the admirals for discussion, more about those as we finalize those plans. If you've got ideas to share, please bring those to the attention of your chain of command so that they can be workshopped and sent up.
Since last time, there's one less item on my ID line. With the new database now in place, there's really no need for me to be editing the database's code directly so I no longer need to be an IOA. Not a significant change since I'll still be working with the IO on things the TC would like the database to do.
TITLE HOLDERS
The Raise the Flag event each year confers three titles to recognize the top ship, squadron, and individual pilot from the competition. These are the current holders of those titles.

TIE Corps in Battle Season Four is assigning three SP battles each month and awarding both pilots and units.
EABF2 PC PvE Casual Friday is an ongoing Combat Event.
SP Ace of the TIE Corps is awarding the top six pilots on the SP Kill Board each month.
MP Ace of the TIE Corps is awarding the top six pilots on the Multiplayer Kill Board each month.
COOP Ace of the TIE Corps is awarding the top six pilots on the Multiplayer Coop Kill Board each month.
