	NEWS
This will be the last report of the month and of the year from me, pilots. The queues are cleared today and we have two days in the month and year left. There's some big juicy awards in the pipe for the year-long competitions. Annual points for the COO Star Wars Squadrons Challenge are as follows: Gytheran: 22 Genie: 22 Morgoth: 6 Wreckage: 4 Westric Davalorn: 3 TheBlackXRanger: 3 DemWookieCheeks: 2 Xye: 1 EvilGrin: 1 Witcher: 1 Fr0zen: 1 So we essentially have a tie between Gytheran and Genie. As things stand, Gytheran has a commanding lead with 352 missions (PvP and PvE), while Genie is tied with EvilGrin at 76 points in the December leaderboard. December will essentially be the deciding month for the challenge. Will Gytheran come away with the Iron Star with Platinum Wings and the title? Will Genie come in from the back for an upset? Who knows!

STANDING ORDERS Approval Criteria: At least 1 kill or 1 objective with a winning match. You may submit a 0 kill scoresheet so long as your scoreboard matches up accordingly. For Star Wars Squadrons you must have at a minimum 200 score to be considered productive. Custom missions must have a screenshot containing posted modifiers. Modifiers for Squadrons are to either be pre-checked with the COO/COOAs or conform to posted accepted presets (3PO League, etc.) Match reports must be made no more than 72 hours after completion unless special dispensation is given by the COO Star Conflict players must be a member of the EH corporation displaying our tags for credit. BEST PRACTICES Designating whom will submit the match report when there are multiple EH pilots grouped together to reduce chance of duplicate match reports DONE: This report Cleared PvP and PvE queue backlog from Christmas ONGOING: Greeting new personnel and providing Honoured Guest status as part of RO duties Checking Combat Ratings/Co-Op PvE Ratings and processing awards Coordinating with the Admiralty Board, the Combat Operations Office Assistants on operations Learning current standards of HTML Translating things discussed into proposals and changes PENDING: Combat Operations Exam Refit COMBAT EVENTS 170: Saturday Star Wars Shootouts (Organised by Silwar Naiilo) Next Shootout is Saturday January 1, 2021 starting at 6 PM US Eastern/11 PM GMT.
