INTRO

Good day pilots.

Normally, a CMDR shouldn't be doing an AWOL check - as per old school customs that is, as it kinda implies one failed both communications and to record a pilot's activity but I've had to do it to get the inactive ones into battle as the burden was being carried by a few of us and we couldn't do it alone. Thankfully, it worked and most of the pilots incorporated into the fray and for that , I'm grateful. I've been working hard on this and some of you have made good contributions that I wouldn't have done in time. Maybe in one month but 10 days? So for once, we set onto the task as a team. Naturally, I won't ask anyone to do something I cannot do myself but I acknowledge some people can do things faster than others. I went into my specialties: TIE-Spam, TIE-mass murdering of anything non-Imperial (yes, sometimes I can pull a Rando), SC PvE and SC PvP. I already did a lot of XvT and XWA PvPs and PvEs but we have to finish the goals. On this case, I'm not just doing the regular CMDR's duties, I'm also doing my best to be an active pilot and I would like you to be the same. Also I do have a vision of us doing RP involving the flight sims as I have ideas for a campaign and even some fan fiction on my own.

Look at yourself pilots, look at the boards, what do you see? I see 2 Alpha pilots on the SP boards, 7 Alpha pilots on the PvE boards and 6 Alpha pilots on the PvP boards. I'd dare to say we are one of the most active units on the current roster. Be proud of this alphas!

I'm also grateful to see you're beginning to see each other as part of a team, good to see you meet and set yourselves up for a game.

The last 40 days at home have been a blast, watching my own activity increase here has just given me even more reasons to become more involved. I hope you share the same view on how awesome the TIE Corps is.

I'm glad to see we have new COO and SOO and I look forward to work with them. I believe we do have an awesome setup for many glorious things for the Empire in the future.

I'm also glad to see we're at full house. Of course we'll keep actively recruiting to help other units fill up their ranks and I encourage you to do so.

With the list of XvT/BoP missions/battles enabled for coop, now I do want to finish all the vanilla XvT/BoP campaigns and then start these ones in PvE! So we'll have a lot of action on the next months Alphas!.

With that said, as of 28-04-2020, our status on ReMob is the following:

• 8 Tasks Complete -LoCs , LoS, LoCs w/EHers, LoS w/EHers, Battles, Reviews, IU Courses, Writing (Thanks Pryde!!) - Done!! Yet I encourage you to try to reach 60% HS on all battles/missions you fly till April 30 and give a 150+ word review so you get shinies  for 'Everyone's a Critic'. See the awards: highest individual points get one IS-SR with second place getting IS-BR and every 20 points you get IS-BR, every third IS-BR is upgrade to an IS-SR and every fourth IS-SR (twelfth) is upgraded to an IS-GR. 
  
• 13 of 40 Free Missions - MAJ Gustan is working at this. I'm fully incorporating into this task now. I'll care about my personal goal of winnin the boards later. The team is first.
  
• 1 of 20 Free Missions with 60% HS - Again, MAJ Gustan is at it flying with quality. Let's help him! Milo, Riz, Andedude (we need to make sure you know how to use the EHBL first). The missions here counts towards the goal of 40 free missions completed so, kill two birds with one rock, maybe?
  
• 4 of 10 Battles with 60% HS - Gustan and I have been slowly processing this. We need your help. As above, these counts for the previous goal of 20 battles completed.

Observation: Gustan has been constantly working on SP, but he is also able to perform MP operations, another valuable pilot who took his time to do the IU courses needed for ReMob's tasks. Part of the squadron's victory is because of him.

Milo will be streaming some of our online matches so if you happen to be on Discord, you can watch us flying (or possibly lagging) :V 

I might get us some sort of run-on going on revolving around XWA. Also I'm working on OPT (ship) and mission creation. This will go in parallel with my own writing. Might take some time as well but I'm going there.

For XvT, we now have thanks to our TAC, a list of XvT missions/battles we can fly on PvE. That'll be our quest to complete.
