Spear Monthly Report #5

Mack sits at his desk, staring contently at the reports of his pilots. Several members of Spear Squadron held very high counts in the simulation room as well as combat missions. A smile crept across Mack's face as he was ever so proud of his Squadron's accomplishments during the 'Raise the Flag' event taking place across the entire fleet of the Emperor's Hammer. After the final report came in on his datapad and he studied the numbers, he began typing his report to his BGCOM.

To the office of the BGCOM AD Alexandre Morgan. You will find attached the greatest performance in this report to you of Spear Squadron, for the month of September. You will be most pleased.

For the month of September, during RtF, several of Spear's pilots participated in all of what the competition had to offer, including the Bonus Rounds, as well as our own in house competitions. Pending grading that is still going on for one of the Bonus Rounds, here is where Spear Squadron placed.

As I draw this report to a fantastic close, I cannot help but feel overwhelming pride and joy in the Squadron before me. We gained a new pilot, LT Wendigo, recruited by LCM Et'sen. She has hit the ground running and quickly found her place amongst Spear. The camaraderie we all have is what makes Spear a great squadron to be a part of. LCM Cyan Vytuia has requested to step down as my XO and return to a FM role. Taking his place will be LCM Et'sen Kryze. We salute LCM Cyan for all of his hard work during his time as XO and we look forward to seeing what LCM Et'sen brings to the table.

The pilots have pushed well past their limits as well as myself during the RtF, we have all but secured 3rd place for Spear. Collectively, we have knocked out 135 Imperial University courses, 615 Legions of Skirmish, 48 Legions of Combat, 21 SP Missions and many, many memes created, fictions created and art drawn. I hope you don't mind, but I took the liberty of giving an executive order to the pilots to rest. They've more than earned it and I am proud of my little Spearlings.
