COMMANDER’S QUARTERS

Jagged's datapad overflowed with reports of the efforts underway in the Fleet to rearm his pilots. It wouldn't be long now until the Emperor's Hammer, and the TIE Corps in particular, would be sent against the lunatics in the First Order once again. Now his pilots would be ready to do all that had to be done to protect the Emperor's Hammer from the zealous fools of the First Order.

SQUADRON NEWS

You all did great this ReMob. We have finished the competition with somewhere between 36 and 38 tiers completed (memes have not been finalized at the time of the writing of this report). With that level of achievement the squadron will receive the title, "Completed 75% of their tasks in TIE Corps Exercise: Squadron (Re)Mobilization 8". As well as all pilots who participated this month will receive 4 ORAs.

I want to celebrate again our SQXO MAJ JKast reaching 25 years since joining the Emperor's Hammer.

We also had the promotion of Kieran Yoyo to full Captain early this last month to remember.

This will likely be the last time in this format that I do this, but I would also like to highlight that the Tactical Office also released a new battle and two new Frees this month, including the first EH TFTC mission to be made by someone other than me:

Ok, with ReMob behind us we have a quiet two months, but then it will be the madness of Raise the Flag. So rest up, it is looking like BG3 may be in for an interesting RtF26...

COMPETITIONS

And now for the current competitions available to you all as members of Typhoon Squadron. Remember this is just as of today and you should always check the Competition Center for any new competitions too.

Single Player

SP Ace of the TIE Corps 2026 - Season Two
- End Date – 2026/08/31
- Synopsis – Simple, fly Single Player missions from the Database and submit a BSF with the pilot file to the website. Different games have a different point value to them but fly the platforms you like. Missions can only be flown once per year for credit.
Fly Straight Down the Middle - 2026
- End Date – 2026/08/28
- Synopsis – Every week I will assign a different free mission per the posted schedule/cycle. Fly the mission however you like (except no infinite waves in XvT/BoP). The pilot whose score is closest to average of all the scores posted for the mission that week wins. The pilot whose average performance each week is the "best" wins. The pilot whose average across 15 of the 17 weeks is "best" wins the grand prize.

Multi-Player

PvE Ace of the TIE Corps 2026 - Season Two
- End Date – 2026/08/31
- Synopsis – Simple, play any approved primary TIE Corps PvE game and submit the winning screenshots to the website. Different games have a different point value to them but fly the platforms you like.

- Synopsis – Spear is hosting a monthly night to help ensure any who want to play Multiplayer games (because I know how POPULAR those are with you all) can join in.

Fiction/Trivia

Trivia for the Challenged - Season 13
- End Date – 2026/08/30
- Synopsis – You all know the drill. Locke sends out trivia questions every week and you all answer them as quickly as you can.

Other

Rho's Monthly Watch Party 2026
- End Date – 2026/12/31
- Synopsis – For each of the 12 months in 2026, a pilot in Rho who was chosen at random, picks a movie or tv show that is rated PG-13 or less and appears on a streaming service. Maston Dane will make a voting document with times listed for that month and everyone marks each day and time that also works for them. After a few days of voting the day with the most people available is chosen and come the day we all meet up on discord coms and each of us on our own screens start at the same time. IAR for every 2 months of joining in on the watch party for at least a minimum amount of time.
Summer (Game) Studies!
- End Date – 2026/07/20
- Synopsis – Help the COO find new games for us to play.
Cross Platform Crusade
- End Date – 2026/08/01
- Synopsis – Play one, or all, of the 3 cross-platform games listed and send the screenshots to Hector Von Ricmore. It is listed here in Other as these are not official EH supported games and you therefore cannot get LoC/LoS for playing them.
Chalquila Refinery Control: A Post-Remob Diversion
- End Date – 2026/07/31
- Synopsis – Play an interesting text based game where you try to make drinks for EH members per their request. Give it a try.

HOW TO ADVANCE

I won't repeat all of what I said in the first report here (go see the First Report for the detailed MSE breakdown) but will remind you all that for a month to count towards a promotion a Merit Medal (medal awarded from MSE points) must be earned. Also, want to highlight that to advance beyond Lieutenant you must pass the TIE Corps Core exam.

STANDING ORDERS

Hey...Do Stuff...
As always, the requirements of Active Duty in the TIE Corps are communicating at least once per month, whether that is talking in a Discord channel or sending me a Direct Message on Discord or an email. And then it is important to post some MSE activity at least once every other month, but preferably every month.
