WARFARE OFFICER REPORT #15
REPORTING OFFICER: Fleet Admiral Phoenix Berkana
DATE SUBMITTED: 3rd April 2026

RSD Indomitable orbiting Eisvahn IV
Grand Marshal Hoshiko Takeda tugged at her uniform as she surveyed the holoprojection. The Emperor’s Hammer’s forces continued their advance in her sector at an alarming rate. Worse, they had taken an almost perverse pleasure in capturing vessels under her command. Like a parasite these Imperial remnant forces turned her equipment against her.

Colonel Frieda von Stahl punched in the latest information from her datapad and the holoprojection shifted. “As you can see, they’ve completely overrun Jundaxa. We were able to withdraw the majority of our forces and repositioned them here on Eisvahn IV. The terrain is similar so we have been operating ahead of schedule with deploying forces to their defense positions.”

Takeda stared at the lush jungle world. It was so similar to Jundaxa that she was glad that von Stahl had used its name, otherwise she might have assumed they were still over the other planet. “How are the reinforcements deploying?” She punched in a series of commands and migrated the view back to space.

“They’ve formed up well. The Maxima’s have taken up a blockading format around the station.”

“Good, we need to extract the computer core as soon as possible. These traitorous remnants cannot obtain its information.”

“It will be done.”

Alarm claxons sounded. Takeda’s eyes widened as the holoprojector automatically snapped back to real-time. Star Destroyers were exiting hyperspace on approach vectors. She turned towards the bridge crew. “Raise our shields and get the crews to their fighters. I don’t want anything getting through until we’ve extracted the computer core.”

Already the combat ready TIEs were launching and forming up at the bow of the ship. Takeda hinted at a smile. She was proud of them but time was not on their side.

SSD Avenger Tactical Briefing Room
“Is this real-time?” Kamjin leaned on the conference table as static rippled through the holoprojected combat sphere. Phoenix checked his datapad.

“It’s near real-time. Delta Squadron deployed com-sats before continuing on to the objective.” Kamjin nodded to Plif, who took it as a compliment. Rapier stood in the back of the room stroking his beard as he watched the battle lines form.

The Grand Admiral whispered something to his aide who rushed out of the room. Kamjin turned and cocked his head to the side. “Nothing of importance.” Kamjin doubted that very much. After all these years with Rapier he knew when the Grand Admiral was musing some thought.

“We’ve engaged the enemy.” Phoenix zoomed in the display as the ready launch fighters from the First Order ships engaged with the vanguard.

Plif coughed into his hand. “Have we launched the boarding party yet?” Phoenix highlighted several transports and their support fighters.

“Yes. They’re waiting for an opening. As soon as we have one they’ll swoop in and retrieve the data core.”

“What’s so important about this core?” Plif coughed again as he turned towards Kamjin.

The Sector Admiral rubbed his face wondering how long it had been since he’d last slept. “My sources tell me it’s important to us and I have no reason to doubt him.”

“But who is he?”

“Plif, that is on a need to know basis.”

Plif bristled at the rebut. “You mean it’s need to know to know for your group of Force fanatics.”

Kamjin smirked. “Tisk, tisk, Plif. Your jealousy is showing.” Plif shared the smirk before coughing again.

The aide returned to the room and whispered a response to Rapier. The Grand Admiral nodded as the aide stood at attention. “Phoenix, the enemy has redeployed the forces that escaped Jundaxa on the planet. Inform the Battlegroup Commanders to redeploy their ships to avoid potential ground fire from the planet.”

“Yes, sir.” Phoenix began relaying the orders to the fleet. Kamjin was right. Something else was afoot. Why did the Grand Admiral care about the planet when that wasn’t the objective? Perhaps he was playing a hunch. Rapier and Kamjin had discussed this again recently…this feeling of dread that had been lingering in the back of their minds. Something was amiss in the Force and they didn’t like not knowing what it was.

Pilots of the TIE Corps,

The first battle of Imperial Storm VIII is upon us!

Moments ago, the combined elements of the TIE Corps Battlegroups began a coordinated strike into territories claimed by this so-called First Order.

System X-48593/A
Led by AD Locke Setzer aboard the ISD-II Challenge a strong task force dropped out of hyperspace into an uncharted system. The Challenge was escorted by Cruisers and The Interdictor Fairchild drawn from BG3, with further support coming from Battlegroups One and Two in the form of multiple Arquitens Cruisers and Reaper Class Corvettes.

The task force have discovered the presence here of a lightly defended enemy listening post, with a pair of Light Cruisers loitering in attendance and are moving into a attack formation.

System X-48593/B (Eisvahn System)
Eisvahn has been targeted by the TIE Corps for a raid of a local intelligence station. A strong TIE Corps assault force led by AD Alexandre Morgan aboard the ISD-II Warrior has dropped into the system with the goal of disabling the platform in orbit of Eisvahn and retrieving vital intelligence.

The enemy presence here is strong, with 4 Maxima Class Heavy Cruisers and 4 Light Cruisers escorting one of the First Orders Resurgent Class Star Destroyers.

Supporting the Warrior, the TIE Corps has deployed the ISD-II Grey Wolf, the MC-90 Renegade, the MC-40 Roost, the Interdictor Vertex 7 Cruisers, 4 Frigates and no less than 15 Corvettes of various classes.

System X-48593/C
A task force led by VA Genie, comprising of the ISD-II Hammer, the ISD-II Relentless and the MC-80b Torment, escorted by the Interdictor Wrench, and a number of Arquitens Cruisers, Corvettes and Assault Cruisers has stumbled across a enemy patrol, consisting of a Maxima Class Heavy Cruiser escorted by a pair of Light Cruisers. The TIE Corps task force is moving to intercept and destroy the enemy.
