(Colonel Alexandre Morgan walked into the Rho Squadron ready room. A few pilots stood near their gear lockers, polishing helmets and boots or checking their life support systems. Rho was due for patrol duty in a few hours, and Morgan was pleased to see so many pilots already getting ready. Enthusiasm (or just punctuality) for even the most mundane of tasks was welcome.

Seeing Colonel TheBlackxRanger hunched over a table in the middle of the room, Morgan walked over.

"It's been a while, Ranger," Morgan chuckled as he approached. "Have you lost your way to the simulation pod room?"

Ranger looked up and grinned. "Something like that," he said, and gestured to the table in front of him. "This puzzle had really been stumping me."

Morgan looked over at it. Some pieces laid scattered about, but the picture had become clear. It showed a scene Morgan was unfamiliar with but looked like a collection of the most unimportant people in the galaxy. Or perhaps some hooligans in a bar. Or perhaps both.

"How long have you been working on it?" he asked.

"Over a week," Ranger replied.

Grinning, Morgan clapped Ranger on the back. "You definitely need some help. How about this - if you don't finish it before patrol, we'll all pitch in and get it done when we get back."

Ranger smiled and nodded. "Sounds like a deal." He turned from the table and headed to begin to suit up, but turned back with a frown on his face before he got too far. "I'll have you know, Morgan, I've done two battles this month already."

Holding up his hands in acquiescence, Morgan chuckled again. "Keep up the great work, then." Satisfied with the pilots getting ready, he sat down with his mobile datapad and began to write a report.)

Rho Family,

We have started the new year well! Strong accomplishments, fun competitions, and busy voice channels characterized this month as Rho pilots rose to the occasion. Several pilots made strides towards promotion, and medal streaks were extended - Maston now hits four Bronze Stars consecutively!

I'm looking forward to the coming months of greatness. Keep up the great effort, attitude, and ridiculousness that is trademark Rho! Also, check out the Competitions section below for details about three Rho-run competitions!

• Rho Squadron crushed AoTC Season Three when the results were announced this month!
  • Maston Dane took 1st in PvE with 1000 more points than the runner-up, earning another set of IS-PW!
    • Yours truly backed him up from 7th place.
  • Isabis Kamaria took 1st in PvP, scoring nearly quadruple her closest competition in her rampage towards her 6th IS-PW!
    • Maston followed her in 4th, and SQXO Davy Jonez rounded out the list in 14th.
  • Baron Vanguard fought hard and earned 2nd in SP.
    • Davalorn and Ranger anchored the leaderboard at 12th and 14th.
• Rho is also showing well on the January Killboards!
  • Vanguard leads SP with an over-forty point lead.
    • Davalorn and Ranger once again follow - again separated by a place between them (5th and 7th).
  • Isabis rocks the PvP with 69 points accrued.
    
    • The next pilot on that list is... yours truly, with a measly three points - thanks for carrying, Isabis!

Halt, Motto and Name, Please! (Jai Thorne)

The D-CRV Doomsday is without a motto or a nickname! All members of the TIE Corps may propose a new motto and a new nickname for the D-CRV Doomsday. This ship is the headquarters and base of operations for the Reconnaissance Office and its staff personnel.

Bucket Bash - TIE Edition (Alexandre Morgan)

Each pilot's helmet is their identifier, their one mark of customization. EHTC pilots decorate, design, and showcase their helmets with pride. Pilots will create and submit their custom helmet design using the TTT3 program.

Pilots are allowed to submit their existing helmet design. Helmet designs must not violate any TC regulations. Submissions are to be emailed to the competition runner at ossusplayz@gmail.com or sent through Discord to the competition runner.

Recon Office Presents - Rally the Troops (Maston Dane)

Participating pilots are to produce a social media post praising, promoting, or discussing the Emperor’s Hammer with the goal of receiving the most positive feedback on the post as possible. The post with the most points wins (see competition listing for details on scoring).
