(Colonel Alexandre Morgan nodded slowly with satisfaction as the readout of Rho's activity marched down his datapad screen. After each pilots' name was a long readout of their activities, listing all successes, from the flight simulation pods to the classrooms of the Imperial University.

With growing pride, he filled out each evaluation sheet with the requisite data and checked the appropriate box for a merit medal. Each successive one he was able to approve for medalling - eight out of eight of his pilots, and himself in addition.

He had expected a calmer month on the heels of a busy ReMobilization month, but he could hardly complain. He would insist, he thought, that people relax this month before Raise the Flag.

With a smile, he scrolled away the spreadsheets and began to write the report, hoping to convey how proud he was.)

Congratulations on a fantastic July! It has been a while since a 100% medalling achievement has been hit, and I am proud to have participated in it. Each of you rounded out the month in a great way, and I'm thrilled that I helped a few of you out, also!

I perhaps wasn't expecting such success right after a competition month, but that makes it that much better to see! As we head through August, though, remember that Raise the Flag will be the next month and to save your best energies and efforts for as we shift into gear. More details will come as the times wanes towards that.

But until then, enjoy the fruits of a successful July and a well-deserved relaxing August.
