WARFARE OFFICER REPORT #11

REPORTING OFFICER: Fleet Admiral Phoenix Berkana
DATE SUBMITTED: 29 May 2025

Fleet Admiral Phoenix Berkana stood at the expansive viewport of the Warrior, his fingers wrapped around a cup of steaming caf. The bridge hummed with a quiet efficiency, officers murmuring over control panels while the soft beeps of status reports filtered through the air.

Beyond the transparisteel viewports, the assembled fleet of the Emperor’s Hammer moved with renewed purpose — damaged warships drifting into formation, their hulls still bearing the scars of recent battles. This was no retreat. This was Squadron (Re)Mobilization, an exercise designed to restore order, rearm, and prepare for the conflicts yet to come.

Phoenix turned back to his datapad, scanning the latest reports. Repair crews were working double shifts, stripping wreckage from captured vessels for usable parts, patching hull breaches, and recalibrating shield arrays and sensors, the list was endless. Supplies were tight, even after the capture of the fuelling depot so it was all hands required.

The turbolift doors hissed open, High Admiral Plif emerging through them.

He nodded briefly in Phoenix’s direction.

“Are we ready?”

Phoenix exhaled, setting the cup down and straightening his posture.

“Affirmative sir, the fleet stands ready to begin Squadron Re(Moblilization).”

News

The major news item from the Warfare Office is the arrival of TIE Corps Exercise: Squadron (Re)Mobilization 7, which begins at 00:01 on June the 1st and runs for the duration of the month.

The format for this years competition is identical to that of 2024, which means that there are separate tasks covering a variety of gaming focused elements, fiction writing, wiki editing, Imperial University courses and a battle creation piece that ties into the Tactical Offices wider competition.

As before each tasks is broken into 4 separate buckets, meaning that squadrons can tick off portions of the tasks as they go. Each squadrons totals are linked to their headcount, so a smaller squadron requires fewer legions, fewer words or courses than a larger one. These headcount based metrics do mean that targets can go down as well as up! We will be freezing this at the halfway point as we did last year.

A good thing to remember is that ReMob is the TIE Corps easiest going competition, the aim being to complete as many tasks as possible over the course of a full calendar month!

Many thanks as always to FA Pickled Yoda for generating a new and more automated tracker, which this year can be found here.
