Imperial Storm VII: A Call to Prepare
As the storm approaches, expected in February or March, it’s time for us to begin our preparations in earnest. Our goal is clear: to outperform both Rho and Lambda Squadrons. They’ve held the top positions for too long, and it’s time for a change.
We must harness our strengths, sharpen our skills, and unite as one formidable force. Let’s focus on our strategy and training to ensure we are ready to face the challenges ahead.
We must stop them! They’ve been on top too long, their reign of evil must end—wait a minute, can they see this? I think they can see this. Um, um, I was just playing... kinda, sorta... eerrr, moving on.

Commander’s Note
To all members of Spear Squadron,
As we approach the new year, it’s time to look forward and plan for the future of our squadron. Starting in January, I will be seeking to fill the positions of Squadron Executive Officer (SQXO) and Flight Leader.
I firmly believe in the value of promoting from within, as it allows us to recognize and reward the dedication and hard work of our current members. Therefore, I encourage those of you who have demonstrated leadership, commitment, and exceptional performance to step forward and express your interest in these roles.
However, if no suitable candidates come forward from within our ranks, I will have to open the application process to the entire TIE Corps. While we prefer to grow our leaders from within, we must ensure that these critical roles are filled by individuals who can best lead us to continued success.
Please take some time to consider this opportunity and reflect on your contributions and readiness to take on a leadership role. Your commitment to our squadron’s success is highly valued, and I look forward to seeing our next leaders emerge from among you.
