Cruising along through RtF! Great work so far!
Squadron News:
-I have advanced to Tesserarius in the FCHG Hierachy, joining the ranks of some retired colleagues, who reached this point years ago :P Though I am only 120 points behind Kaisin, I think I can catch him in a month or so :P
-All but two members of the squadron have participated in RtF! One is AWOL and the other is on Semi-Leave due to National Service.
-CM Sergeyli has now won three trivia competitions in a row (which I still owe him medals for). I'm going to give it a rest for this week, while I try to figure out a new system that is fair to everyone, since we do have some European members who receive my reports long after they've gone to bed.
Wing News:
-RtF is still on going!
-Beta Squadron is now winning RtF, but only because Zeth apparently doesn't have a life :P
-Alpha Squadron Commander is still open for applications, I think.

Description: Every week I will enclose five trivia questions in my Squadron Report. Trivia questions will relate to Star Wars and the Emperor's Hammer. Answers can be found at any number of sources, Wikipedia, Wookiepedia, the Encyclopedia Imperia, etc.

Commander’s Thought’s:
Raise the Flag ends in two days! I'm hoping to get some flying time in this weekend, as I would like to reach about 200-250 points for the competition. I would like to say that I am extremely pleased by the level of participation from the squadron in this competition. Six of us have participated, which is more than any other squadron and while we may not be leading at this moment, you have given me what you can and that's the most I can ask.
As far as the Trivia Competition goes, one member has proposed a "starting time," where I would only accept the answers after a certain time. Which if I went with this idea, it would probably some around 1800 GMT, which I think would be a fair time. I do want to continue this competition and would like to continue to give out a weekly medal. I'll probably send out an email later this week to poll the squadron for ideas.
