Pilots of Epsilon.
As you'll no doubt be aware, I have just returned from a week-long LoA and am therefore playing catch-up!
Fortunately our Squadron XO has been doing his job well and has furnished me with our weeks activities. This report is primarily taken from his information.
On my return from holidays I find the big news was that VA Astin, our SOO & acting Wing I WC, has decided to take-on the Prefecture of the Emperor's Hammer 'Hammer's Fist' subgroup and as such has stepped-down and moved to the TC's Reserves. Our loss is the HF's gain and although I find the timing of this rather unfortunate, as we are just beginning to grow under his and AD Viper Pred's leadership, I'm sure we all wish him well in his future endeavours.
I am aware that as this is now the beginning of a new academic year, several of you will be reporting RL issues, but that's fine - just fire an e-mail off and that's you covered for a week! =)

In Closing:
Inevitably a quiet week whilst I was away, and I know that now some of you have School/College/University starting again, so flying won't be such a priority. Still, a banner or motto/nickname shouldn't be too time-consuming for you...
Our current XO, CM Dunta Polo, has let me know of his starting a new Uni degree and therefore his time will not be so freely available. The mantle of XO will pass over to our second FL, CPT Ard Royber, on Thursday 1st October of this week. I will also be filling-out our Monthly Eval's too during this weekend.
Please join me in congratulating LT Caydin Makarin who, after flying TIE-TC77 this week has attained the rank of 'Grenadier' in the FCHG and may add the appropriate wings to his uniform. Well done indeed!
Let's try to stay as visible as possible within the TC by doing what we can activity-wise.=)
