Flown for Fly Straight Down the Middle. Pretty straightforward - waste some unlucky CRLs and keep your head down while mothership arrives + departs. Probably more of a challenge if you stay to fight the late arrivals.

Flown for Straight Down the Middle. Always a strange experience leaving so many points on the table - but definitely seems to be some decent replay value here. (Had a fun moment where one of my wingmen yeeted himself in front of one of my torpedoes that was heading for the platform...) :P

Deceptively simple. Inspect and capture - except the Container Transports have a blood feud with you and TRN Omega :)

Flown for Straight Down the Middle.

Audacious. Appalling. Anxiety-inducing. AAAAAAAAGGGHHHHHH!

I'm open to more ways to describe this absolute sprint of a battle. Above all, it was a unique and novel exercise in racing against time. Fortunately, I was in the ORIGINAL Avenger Squadron :D

Flown for Fly Straight Down the Middle, on Easy. Very little challenge here - my wingmen made short work of all cap ships and left only a handful of Z-95's to swat down. Fun to fly a CORT, though :)

Flown for "Fly Straight Down the Middle". Would definitely try this again while NOT shooting for a low score :)

Frustrating and uneven. Too much combat against enemies with warheads, without the benefit of countermeasures or beam weapons to offset the odds.

Weak plot; combat unbalanced; zero loadout customization; over in less than ten minutes, even on Hard. The only real challenge this offered was the final mission, surviving a full-frontal assault on a pair of frigates without warheads. (Ended up just running away on my last ship while friendly AI's took them out.)

Spicy! Furious, close-range combat that'll test your mettle. A bit overwhelming, especially on Hard, and a dubious plot - but overall a fun playthrough.

Silly; short; sweet. The full trifecta of a GN Master free mission.

Solid and bug-free, but not a fair fight. T/Ds and MIS against never-ending waves of T/F and T/B. I flew this on Hard - which is usually a challenge for me - and never broke a sweat.

Another solid Dempsey battle. Solid plot, and a fair amount of tactical thinking required. Would love to customize my warhead loadout, but the odds were never unfair. For us.

An oldie but a goodie! A good bit easier with the introduction of multiple "lives" for the pilot.

An interesting idea for a battle - a series of false flag attacks on Rebels and pirates. Fun to play, even if dogfighting and capital ship combat in Z-95s and R-41s is not my idea of a good time.

This battle started with a decent idea: outlining the individual steps required for the ISD Vanguard to mount a rescue mission into New Republic territory, told from the perspective of each of its squadrons. Unfortunately, it bogs down in its length, repetitiveness, and ceaseless wait times. I'm never getting that time back!

Solid free mission - plot, voice acting, and the option to stick it to the Rebels if you want. Another Jagged Fell gold nugget. Flown for IS8.

Solid dogfighting, standard-issue Flag Officer Leave hijinks, featuring an early appearance from my former Commodore (CM Justin). Quick and fun. Flown for IS8.

Decent mission, but dogfighting in a TIE Bomber in TIE is... painful.

Simple concept - one T/A against a bunch of waves of enemy craft. Pretty easy to one-shot on Medium. Flown for IS8

Weak plot. Too much waiting around. Little difficulty. And the "disable" mission is impossible unless you fly the GUNs yourself.

Dreadful battle. Minimal plot, buggy AI presented as a "feature", and the SSD Avenger lurching drunkenly about to swat your wingmates out of play every time a mission starts.

As someone with a parrot of their own, I REALLY wanted to give this a higher score than I did - but there wasn't anything that really stood out about this battle. A basic "day in the life" tour of the old Wing V squadrons, with the parrot hanging out as an obligatory mission-critical craft. Not really any stakes - especially on the later missions with the Sovereign - as it's simply too tanky for the Rebel bombers to pose a credible threat.

A plot that doesn't really make sense. Enemy fighters that constantly spawn into combat in pairs inside of one klick. An absolute traffic jam of enemy capital ships, and a mission critical craft in Mission 4 who seems hell-bent on his own demise. Skip this one.
