Name and rank:   Lieutenant Commander BatSpoggy

  ID line:   LCM BatSpoggy [Inactive]

  Gender:   Male

  Species:   Human

  Date of Birth:   31BBY

  Place of Birth:   Wrea

  Marital Status:   Single

Family information:   My parents are at home on Wrea making a living on the low end of comfortable.

Social status:   Working-class background but elevated by being commissioned in the Navy.

Significant events of childhood:   Uneventful childhood, Wrea is in a slow decline and has few humans but is peaceful.

Significant events of adulthood:   Three rough ground-base tours as a Navy mechanic on hostile systems with a significant Rebel presence. Ascension to the officer cadre and completion of pilot training are the most significant events since then.

Alignment and attitude:   Pro-civil liberties but pragmatic. I recognise that an ostensibly more permissive system like the Old Republic is only more permissive for the well-off and influential few. Competition and strife are the wages of life and must be harnessed towards a cohesive end, they cannot be suppressed and pretending they don't exist is insanity.

Previous occupations:   Starfighter mechanic. Imperial Navy.

  Hobbies:   Speeder tuning and racing.

  Tragedies in life:   No tragedies.

Phobias and allergies:   No allergies, not keen on insectoids.

  Views on the Empire and
the TIE Corps:
I'm aware that the Empire is not all sweetness and light, but the alternative was a government that had neglected anywhere more than a metre away from Coruscant for over 25,000 years.

  Reason for enlisting in
the TIE Corps:
The goal was to fly fighters, enlisting as a mechanic was a stepping-stone to being accepted as a pilot and receiving a commission.
