Decent plot, decent briefings, decent mission layout and development, but certainly opposition was scarce. It was a joy to fly the venerable War Mule, aka the Assault Gunship, and it's a clear example of how this sturdy old veteran can achieve so many things. However a notch up in difficulty could have produced a much better battle. Though it's decent enough to be flown.
Not a ton of fun, you're stuck in a slow gunboat every mission waiting for things to happen slowly... sometimes with no opposition at all. Premise is fine, it just needs a bit more zip and excitement
this battle is a normal battle - the virus idea is not new - the style of the battle is good the KI of the Wingman is ok
This battle had a good storyline and was a good battle until i got to mission 6. In this battle 2 Gunboats have to disable 3 platforms and several capital ships. Its doable but takes a very long time. After i disabled the last ship i went and made a drink while several more objectives were completed by the game. These took 10 minutes. Once htese 10 minutes were up i then waited several more minutes for enemery fighters to show up that i had to destroy in the objectives. Trouble is they didnt show up. So i had wasted 45 minutes flying this mission only to not be able to complete it anyway.
It is still a problem that the TAC should correct Sav. Now, the battle lacks any real sense. How did the ship get the virus? Wouldn't the Dungenor know about the facilities they just hypered by? Wouldn't they be able to tell the ISD what happened? Wouldn't the ISD be able to put two and two together. Also, when a disease is discovered, one would quarintine the the ship, not transfer the virus to another ship where it can spread. The first two missions should really be combined into one. Also, how could a group of only a few dozen pirate fighters take over such a large facility?

Throughout: Quarantine is mispelled multiple times, including in the battle name appearing in EHBL, briefings, ship names etc. ATRs, Shuttles and other transport craft fly at 50% throttle for no apparent reason.
Mission 2: The Dread Quarantine damages both itself and the asteroid base upon exiting.
Mission 5: Messages relating to the arrival of Sentorian FRG Solid appear only after it is destroyed.
