REally well made missions that are not extremely difficult to complete and are enjoyable to play. The story actually has a good progression that you don't always see in these types of battles. I would highly recommend playing this one.

One of those battles with some flaws that place it somewhere between a 4 and a 5. But knowing the work, time and dedication it takes to put a good, polished battle out there I am upping this one to a 5. Solid storyline with some interesting concepts that could have been explored a bit more.

Another good solid battle. The plotline is a bit weak, but nevertheless it does not fail to deliver a proper environment. The idea of contagion and viruses feel somehow awkward in these days, but the battle's name clearly stated it. Player has a lot of dogfighting to take care, but also some bombing and disabling. Overall, an classic battle that keeps things very ordinary, yet effective when it comes to some good old fun of flying and shooting down enemies. Worth a try.

This was an average battle based on an overused plotline. It wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't just flown a similar mission for XvT-FMC 1 this week. The dogfights were fun, especially flying the unshielded TIE/IN against T/As.

Since it won an FCHG comp, I think ppl tend to give it higher marks then they would give a regular TC battle. I believe this battle was well made, but used a plot that was old and overused and made me fall asleep.

The story line is sound and has the capacity for a very good idea. The battle / mission were another issue. Capital ships which don’t return fire, even if was just to disable any infected pilots, then there are the formulae been attack by friendly forces. Possibly there was a very good idea in there somewhere, but when mission were finished it had been buried deep. I would of thought that the containment of the situation with an attack to disable any infected craft by over whelming odds would have been the first order of the day.

Nice mission. Note to author, you got the idea to use map tags to write things out in the briefing from the battle XvT ID 1.

awesome battle!, keep up the good work, many more like this one is needed, its probably the only battle i can play more then once and not be bored with it...

Mission 2: Message from ISD Vanguard confirming hostile starfighters exiting the factory complex appears long after the defenses have been launched.
Mission 3: Message about ISD Vanguard leaving the area appears before the ship actually leaves.
Mission 4: Goal to protect TRN Hazard is not implemented correctly. 'TRN Hazard comp 9' appears as a completed goal upon mission start instead.

1] Double click the .EHM file, the EH Battle Launcher will install the battle
2] Check the Misc folder in your XvT one for additional material like patches, sounds etc.
3] Press the X-wing vs TIE Fighter button on the EHBL to start the game
4] Create a new pilot and fly the Imperial training missions
