I am once again asking you to blow up a capitol ship. Nah, nothing that drastic fortunately, but several CRTs with 200% shields is not always an easy task - plus their friends. Fortunately you're given *six* waves with which to take them out, so choose wisely. It's very doable, even if just on the face of it it's a little unnecessarily difficult. Caviet: this was on easy.

I played on Easy. There's a lot going on in this mission, but you're overly prepared to deal with it. You have 6 waves of Gunboats, so you have enough torpedoes to melt all of the capital ships that need killing here.

This is a proper strike mission with multiple targets, limited wingmen and starfighters that want to stop the bombers. It has really good elements of everything and thus isn't super easy like some of the other ones in the battle list. Well put together in every way and enjoyable to play. Definitely worth a try.

I understood that this is an MP battle? If yes, then Ender is forgiven. I will keep it at a 3/5. Maybe to return and try it on hard.

Poorly planned mission. GUNs start with underpowered loads, and you can tell how your Flight will suffer through the mission. One thing is challenging, but this is for budgetary reasons?. Also, the list of targets is extensive in terms of how ineffective proton torps can be, so there will be a lot of disabling and laser mowing, which is unnecessary pain, in my opinion. Fly some other of the better missions from Ender.

Installation
------------
note: the original .lst files in your train and combat files will be overwritten, you will not loose
access to your exsisting Combat missions but because of EHTAC regulations the Training missions are
replaced.

IMPORTANT! ONLY USE THE SINGLE PLAYER MISSIONS (TRAINING MISSIONS) FOR HIGH SCORE SUBMISSION.

1] Double click the .EHM file, the EH Battle Launcher will install the battle.
2] Check the Misc folder in your XvT one for additional material like patches, sounds etc.
3] Press the X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter button to start XvT and fly the battle.
- Place these files into your /Combat directory: IMPERIAL.LST, MISSION.LST, REBEL.LST, ASFCMBM7.TIE
- Create a new pilot for the mission based on your name or PIN and the mission number. For example,
SL Stele playing Free Mission 80 would make a new pilot file named "StelFM80." or a Pilot with PIN
2883 playing Free Mission 69 would make a new pilot file named "2883fm69"
- Begin flying the first training mission, fly on till you've finished training mission #1

Description
-----------
This mission is part of a series of free missions about each of the squadrons in the ASF doing
missions following their squadron objective in their assigned craft. Each mission tries to give
a feel and a bit of history of each of the Squadrons. All the storylines of the missions are
interconnected and have the ASF Squadrons join together against a common foe. In storyline these
happen after the larger Wing Battles.

Story Line
----------
After we had captured the Genkoan warhead development factory, our specialists were able to
determine that the Genkoans have no anti-shields warhead at all... But that they are working
towards obtaining one from another system completely.

This warhead has been a myth since the development of shields centuries back, when it was
said that a System called Geonosis had developped such a weapon... And all we were able to
get out of the Genkoan factory was that the Genkoans have found a hidden cache of Geonosis
Technology.

We will be going for this cache, which according to our data has been rigged with timed
explosives so timing will be of the essence. Another thing to keep in mind is that by now
we are not the only ones who know of this cache - and the whole Galaxy wants that warhead
first.

NOTES
-------------------
COMBAT NOTE: For this mission to work in MP, all players must have it installed on the same mission
number, in this case "132". Preferably do not change this number.
FCHG NOTE: TAC won't let you fly Combat Missions or XWA Skirmishes for FCHG Points, use the Single
player mission for all TC flying outside of combat competitions.
GENERAL: You need XvT (or at least all the ships involved there), as far as i know no other patches are
needed. To fly in Combat all players need the same version, make sure you all have the update by
lucasarts installed.
SINGLE PLAYER: This mission was made as a Combat Mission, its goal is to be fair to both sides so it
can be played instead of a regular melee.
MULTI PLAYER: For multiplayer this mission supports 3vs3.
