I felt like I played the same mission 3 times and then all missions combined in the final mission. Its actually really enjoyable so I couldn't complain. The missions are put together well and are pretty straightforward strike missions. Not too long or too short and quite fun.
I flew this as part of Raise the Flag competition 2021. Overall, the battle seemed straightforward with no major hang-ups. There is not much to say about it. It was fun but the battle did not contain any elements that makes it stand out from nearly every other battle you have ever flown.
An atypical Frodo mission in that it feels really rushed; there is no real plot, and also no useful briefings. The fourth and final mission is also something of a mess, requiring you to kill several capital ships and their escorts in a T/A armed only with missiles. A little disappointing, really.
Even for tedious battles, this one was a slog. The missions were OK and just repetitive killing which was fine, until the final mission. Then you have to take out some cap ships, and even with the 'assistance' from your squadmates, you better save whatever ordinance you brought for the big guys.
Played this on easy as part of the 2021 RTF run. The missions were very simple and fast to complete... no nonsense just get in and demolish this guys. I respect minimal use of followup waves which make so many battles feel like Chinese water torture.
There is a new type of VSD in town. It comes without shields and is ready to be destroyed. This battle is nothing to tell home about. The last mission was at least a bit of fun but I would have liked it if the minimal effort was put of not calling them blue and purple. This battle reminded me so much of hollywood script writers and the simplistic way they write up the scripts of today's movies and series.
Not the best of Frodo's creations, but certainly not a bad one. This battle is simple and all about dogfighting and some bombing. The engagements are not very challenging and it is suitable for all skills, in my opinion. Though not elaborate as other Frodo's battles out there, those were a bunch of easy and fast earnt FCHG points. To be flown if you have almost finished Frodo's long list of great battles.
This definitely proves that you don't need tons of flight groups to make good missions - some of these have remarkably few enemies. It's fun, but the difficulty levels aren't quite right and there's a fair few basic issues with spelling and orders. A blast to shoot through on easy, a little too frustrating on hard.
Amusing if a little unbalanced at times. Fun battle. Recommended.
Nice Battle, Not really hard, but had enough ships to blow up to make it real fun! Plus the story is pretty good too :D
I decided to update this review because it was written when I was about..13...At any rate, INT Shire isn't a bad battle when you compare it to early TIE things. However it would need work and when I look back today I laugh at it alot. Quite frankly, everybody has to start somewhere, and I'm proud of how that little interdictor grew. Thank you for flying this, thank you for reviewing, and thank you for giving me the drive to continue in the mission creation domain. Today I have over 25 battles built, and this is what started it all. This is Frothy's first battle and everybody should keep that in mind when flying it.
Big fat zero. No fun at all.
Good battle, nothing real hard, but a challenge. nice work Frodo.
It was a nice battle, with a surprise at the end.
Yay for Frodo and this battle!;D Oh yes, I like it, it's about flying, hobbits and Shire what do you want more?;P Not to hard and not to easy. It's cool.
Nice Battle, i liked it, though it did seem a Turkey shoot with some of the fighters, oh well. good job overall.Make some more! :)

Mission 1: No animated briefing.
Mission 2: No animated briefing. INT Shire does not fire on pirate capital ships when in range. ESC Miner and CRV Taker's flight paths cause them to collide with INT Shire.
Mission 3: No animated briefing.
Mission 4: No animated briefing. Enemy capital ships all converge on the same final waypoint, causing them to collide with each other and get destroyed.
