Overall, this battle is OK. There's a bit of everything - inspection, dogfights, cap ship fights. It does lean a little heavily on making bombing runs, but if that's your thing you may like this one a lot. I played on easy, and it was, but choose your craft wisely for the last mission; you have to blow up a platform and two factories. The default interceptor may not be the best choice...

Be sure you have the BOP ship patch installed. Some of these are ridiculously easy and quick, but there's a fairly funny story behind it. If you are just looking for a quick and easy RTF point grab, this is one of the better campaigns for it. Tie Defender life for most of it, but you can also go on a Gunboat for some of it and just destroy stuff. Fun missions all around.

Absolutely awful mission. It begins with a Rebel force sending a few Y-Wings at an SSD, which itself is completely undefended; yes the SSD is cool, but why would it ever be alone? After the first mission, the next three are over in under a minute each. The final mission is the exact opposite; you get to slowly pick at a FAC in a ship with no torpedoes... I actually wrapped my joystick's trigger with a piece of wire so it could shoot while I took a nap. This mission was not playtested, it's awful, avoid it.

pretty good battles, a quickish 5 missions. i played this on easy with cheats on, the last battle was hard if you dont pick the right loadouts. otherwise it made quick work of those factories. played this as part of rtf 21

Quick and dirty battle to fly. Couple of missions where you start at less than 100% shields? That's odd. Spelling errors abound. Mission 4 has you literally inspecting a single container, which seems a little too easy.

Mixed bag of goods. Some fundamental flaws and insufficient testing spoiled it early on. The last mission is very enjoyable though and also I like the fact those factories can bite. Most people make the AI way too easy.

I played on Easy. Some of the missions are over in the blink of an eye, some take a little longer. Overall, this was still a very quick battle and was fairly enjoyable. I didn't really have any issues with any of he missions.

Romance in the Navy? This one is quite original and challenging. The plotline is amusing, and the missions are technically well plotted. There has a lot of dogfighting and escort, but while flying in the Space Cadillac, the mighty TIE Defender, it will be nothing but a pleasant ride, all while slaughtering the usual complement of enemy fighters. A good, fun and romantic story to fly.

Some competent and reasonably varied action, and for once a storyline that revolves around something other than 'kill\\capture\\rescue X'. Sure, the romance stuff is a bit corny, but I couldn't help smiling at the lines between Tiss and Mike. Oh, and the TIE Defender is always a great craft to fly :p

If someone is dumb and tries to beat it on hard, without essential skills then he fails miserebly. This battle is very hard on hard, just like all of my battles. And easy on easy. If you are not top ace, fly in on medium.

I like this battle very much. I admitt that it's hard, however it's a challenge and a test how good pilot you are;)
